Hello from my "new" computer.. Lawdy, what a rigamarole in getting it set up!! :eek: Evil IE11 didn't want to let me download the Opera browser but I finally managed to. Gonna go finish setting stuff up.. toodles..

You so funny lil elephant....True story.... As my daughter walked in on Christmas day I'm yelling from the living room " Don't come in here I just finished what I'm doing and I have to wrap it. Yes, I was crocheting her a blanket and just finished the last stitch as she walked in the door....lol Threw it I a white kitchen garbage bag wrapped some ribbon around it and told her Merry Christmas."

She says I know what it is and I said yes but you don't know what it looks like.... It was a pretty one too. Purples, blues and grays in waves many, many colors. Enjoyed making it and it kept me warm in the process.

I knew there was a reason that I didn't have high hopes for this computer..

1. It didn't come with the keyboard, mouse or owner's manual.

2. The box it came in arrived damaged

3. The computer itself has broken pieces and scratches on it.

4. IT CAME WITH A VIRUS ON IT!!! :mad:

soooo, this one is getting donated to the Computer Barn, and I'll keep my HP... Gonna discombobulate this one and recombobulate the HP... lol

I ran Adwcleaner AND Malwarebytes, and neither one found the virus or removed it.. strange

Okay now I'm back on the HP. The only problem with this one is that the fans in back are wickedly dirty, and in desperate need of cleaning.. lol
