It happens a lot here Roxxy. I saw your thread and it saddens me that you were unwelcomed. It’s also terrible that some of those guys who made you feel that way are my friends. But trust me they have been a lot of help for other people so they’re not entirely bad. They’re also just imperfect.
I understand that making you feel guilty is the worst thing to do right now and though I’ve never been married or verbally abused, I don’t exactly know how that feels, I know depression and anxiety. So I’ll pray that Jesus gets you through this (HE always delivers). Also I’d advise you just stay in threads like this and away from the rest of the BDF because it can be worse. A lot worse. I hope you decide to stay, there are many many helpful people here, they’re usually in this thread
and I hope this site blesses you more. Also check out my signature

It’s a misunderstanding. It is just that most of the time. To them they’re offering help in the best way they think they could not aware (or may be aware, just not mindful of the sensitivity) that it could be taken as acting holier than thou, imposing they’re better people and they got their life together (no they don’t and most of them have admitted that).

be on watch, Satan will come after you. My mother had her mother father and sister all died within a 5 year period. I lost her whole family. Then went through a divorce myself. Satan took me down for 5 years.. Stay with the family of Christ and cherish your christian family and let them help your sis..
Haven't done an update in awhile I guess.......my physical situation is pretty much the same as it has been since last November. Goodness.........a year now. While I have regained most of the use of my left shoulder/arm, problems have risen with my rigit shoulder/arm. So both are pretty much a problem now.
Simple truth is, the VA Specialists all agree that there isn't anything they can do for me other than try to control the pain level to a level I can live with. Average day, my pain level ranges from 6 to 7.......sometimes it spikes up, sometimes it lessens. Those times it lessens are a real joy.
I am now in long term Physical Therapy to try and build up my strength and stamina. That will help greatly in fighting the pain. Have to be careful what I do though, so as to not increase the inflammation in the shoulders which will cause greater problems.
Who woulda ever thought that Prevnar 13 could do such damage?
Anyway, that's pretty much how things will be from now on according to the Specialists, so I gotta live with it. I know there are those who are far worse off than me, and I keep that in mind, and praise God that He watches over me and keeps me.
