When is the rebirth? At the point of repentance and belief, or following the resurrection and judgment of all, when the corruptible shall put on incorruptibility? The reborn don't continue to disobey God.

If you believe in Him, why do you disobey Him?He also said....He that believes on the Son is having everlasting life......works do not save, keep saved, help one stay saved regardless of how many times you try to make it so......
Because they are sick and tired of living in sin.Why would anyone want to go to a "church" that teaches what he espouses and pushes.......
The forum closed down, without any notice.I think I know you from bible-discussion. First user name is Philip?
Oh, and I'm banned too.![]()
That response was not to your post.I think it's called "getting my point across".
"I'" am not "mortal".If you are still mortal...you fall short.
The reborn don't continue to disobey God.
How come your faith doesn't allow you to live as Jesus lived?he quoted scripture ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of GOD.....and I have faith....in JESUS and his work...you should try it.....!
OH wait.....sorry...I forget I a talking to someone who changes scripture to fit his narrative on a regular basis...
Because they are sick and tired of living in sin.
You gotta be "in Christ" for that to apply.SO....you believe you can lose salvation.....my bible states that the justification and sanctification found in Christ is eternal......not something that can be forfeited and or lost......
Why doesn't your "faith" allow you to remain obedient to God?Sure...the saved at the BEMA seat and lost at the GREAT WHITE THRONE.....does not change the fact we are eternally saved by grace through faith void of works FOR....
If you believe in Him, why do you disobey Him?
Hasn't He done enough for you yet?
You gotta be "in Christ" for that to apply.
There is no sin in Christ.
Why doesn't your "faith" allow you to remain obedient to God?
Why would He receive the disobedient? Are you really that dense......GOD only whips SONS who he receives...not the lost who are not saved.
More fluff from a sinless perfectionist who thinks he knows us all........man....I can count your sins just in the last 10 pages....
Firstly I commend you in that you say “If I can do it, anybody can do it”Why would He receive the disobedient?
He gave us the gift of repentance so we don't have to sin anymore.
He gave us the gift of baptism so we don't have to serve the flesh anymore.
That is the simplicity of Christ.Your guide on how to stop sinning is: Stop committing sin and you quit committing sin.
Wow. What about sins of omission? What about unwillful sins? Did you take those into consideration?
That is the simplicity of Christ.
Sin is sin.
Omission or connivance are equally judged.
I had to look up the second word from the dictionary. But I needed no dictionary to tell you that you just condemned yourself by your own words.
Because if sins of omission are equally judged, and the blood of Jesus only wipes away past sins once, then you are in trouble.
This is why original sin is an important doctrine.
