God doesn't lose battles. :) He ALWAYS wins. If we sin, that's our own fault, not His. Also, God owns our souls. He's not in the business of selling them, loaning them, or anything like that..

Then JESUS has lost the battle my dear Magenta.

If you have placed me on ignore, I honor and respect your decision....I will place you also back on ignore and I will not reply to anything you say.....even if I did not place you back on ignore I would honor and respect you placing me on ignore and not reply...

How is it our fault sweetie if YOU claim that Jesus is doing everything for us through us?

Please explain this.

IF HE is doing EVERYTHING and we do NOTHING, then JESUS is fully responsible for EVERYTHING, INCL our sinning.

Maybe Dcon,, could explain this to you?

The death of the Son of man's flesh shows spirit life was given in jeapordy of another.The unseen eternal work.God who is Spirit cannot die.

While the spirit life of the flesh is in the blood, literal blood is not spirit .Blood like living water represents the unseen Holy Spirit ,Christ . Christ said his flesh profits for nothing. Spiritual words coming from a eternal spirit give spirit life.

If you could only quote someone correctly.....ALL I have ever done is quote JESUS and what he has to say about the number that comes before his throne having placed their emphasis upon WORKS as their means of entry into the kingdom....GALATIANS is clear...ALL WHO BLEND FAITH AND WORKS to get, keep, or maintain salvation are FOOLISH AND BEWITCHED....both BIBLICAL IN SCOPE...why does that offend you?

We love because He first loved us :) God draws us with love.

That sure helped me before I surrendered my will and my life to Him :)
 
I never put anyone on ignore.
I love all of you.
But, of course, I realize some of you are just plain stupid, but I still luv ya.:)
 
None of our works will save us. None of our works will KEEP us saved. None of our works will gain us access to heaven.

WHY do we do good works? For the purpose of fulfilling the command to love one another, and to show God's love to others through us. :)

THAT is why we do good works..

I have consistently stated the following....

a. Faith and faith alone thru grace saves eternally
b. The root supports and supplies the vines
c. Jesus produces through us as a living sacrifice
d. Any work or fruit is the DIRECT RESULT of the salvation and faith one already possesses in Christ ETERNALLY
e. WORKS DO NOT SAVE, KEEP SAVED, FINISH SALVATION AND OR EMBELLISH OUR SALVATION..... (D ABOVE)
