Hi folks,
I've been King James only ever since reading about the history of the bible also watching 2 videos on youtube
the fuel project's know your enemy
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=omEec_ez7yo
Framing the world's New world order Bible versions
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kFtI_mVOXbQ&t=1643s
for background research if you haven't seen these movies already. Know your enemy is a good series to watch if you are new to the concept of the new world order and new world order bible versions is good at explaining the angle once you are aware of the new world order.
For me reading about the history of the bible was an eye opener learning about terms like textus receptus, the latin vulgate etc.
How the catholic church supressed the word for the masses and made dependent the church for the word of God.
How the catholic church went after versions like the geneva and great bible aswell as the king james version because it was a threat to its market on cornering the word of God for the masses.
That the king james bible can be published by any publisher without cost to the owner (crown owned)
to publish a NIV bible you need to give Rupert Murdoch his Cut.
I do think that the new wave of different bible versions is an attempt to change the word of God from the king james version. Since the king James version (KJV) is the most published bible from its first edition in 1611.
The framing the world video goes into detail as to what is changed and shows a trend as to what is changed in the bible and how this causes doctrinal differences between the different versions.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Bible_verses_not_included_in_modern_translations
here is a outline of omitted verses.
key differences is like prayer and fasting and every word of God etc.
an example of a major change...
Isaiah 14:12
Isaiah 14:12 How you have fallen from heaven, morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations!
Key difference is lucifer is missing from the modern bible versions and the reference to the morning star.
the question I have is would you go back to a NIV after learning of this agenda?
