This is the best picture I have of myself:

Anything after my stint in the military looks really bad. I went to seed. I aged like milk. I was a decent looking fellow once though.
Well Dang Jon... you most definitely were a handsome soldier! Thanks for sharing :)

This is just a general information post about attached images not transferring from one CC page to another. At one time, an image posted to the boards from somebody's computer would show on another page if the message was quoted, but at some point that changed. If the image is hosted elsewhere (sourced from a url), then the image will show up, but not if it is from somebody's computer. So if you are quoting somebody's message and want the image also shows up, there are some ways you can make sure that happens.

The first is to right click the image to open it in a new tab. Then copy the Christian Chat image url from the upper address bar and past it over top of the
Attachment 173085 (this specific image was originally Jon's but did not carry over into Pipp's message at the top of this page). In Pipps message, if you click that, it will open the image, but then you have to click "Back" to get back to this page unless you open the image in a new tab, which still does not show it in its context with the rest of the post. Make sure to erase the attachment and number. You can always check your post first by previewing the message before posting :D

My alarm clock radio just went off

I lightened this one a little more... I hope you do not mind

Not at all. I get a kick out of this picture because I was so moody as a kid (not much has changed, actually). Thanks for lightening it.

You are welcome! I did also correct the colour a bit and cropped it somewhat from the original you posted, as well as adding a small border, but once I posted it I realized it could be lightened some more :D You all look so cute all dressed up for Christmas! Your Minnie Mouse dress is darling :)

I wanted to tell you that I think you are beautiful, and was an extremely beautiful child. I agree with the poster who said you look like Lindsey Lohan (who I think is beautiful).

I absolutely love the 70's outfits I just don't want to see the cigarette, ;)
That picture was taken by my downstairs' neighbor (I had already moved away from home) on a really cheap camera, and is quite blurry, so it is kind of hard for me to tell, but it is more likely what you are seeing is mostly my thumbnail, with nail polish on it, which is why it is reflecting the light so much. I don't know why I was so dressed up, but I did that occasionally just because I felt like it :) My apologies for the cigarette, though. However, I did smoke and drink and use drugs for about half of my life by the time I got clean and sober, so it might be rare for there to be no evidence of this in any pictures taken :(

I just saw this now, and wish to thank you for the compliment, as uncomfortable and embarrassing as it is to receive them  Of course I am only showing the nice pictures of myself that I like :D I also think you are beautiful in a glamorous Hollywood of the forties way :)

Oh actually, since WineRose posted a picture of something personal to her, Im gonna share one too : p

So growing up, my friend and I would often make up comics on the spot when we had nothing to do. What we would do is one of us would draw the pictures, and the other would add text afterward. We would switch back and forth between who did what. I know I took pictures of them when we were done, but I can only find this one comic. Its still funny though : p

Keep in mind, they were entirely made up on the spot with no planning : p

No, I'm the one on the right in the polka dot dress, looking annoyed. Lol. I was moody. My baby sister is in the middle. Thanks for being so nice. I know where she is and I'll see her again. We'll have a very long conversation when I get there. :) I'm counting on her to tell me how things are done, there.
It's a great relief when you Know where a loved one is isn't it? :)

I found another old photo of myself:

5609306163084128749.jpeg

I had to take this picture to submit with my application to work at a guest ranch outside of Cody, Wyoming. I got the job, and it was quite an experience. The really interesting thing in the picture is the ox yoke hanging on the back wall. That is THE ox yoke that carried my ancestors from upper New York to Iowa back in the late 1700s. It's been passed down the generations ever since.

That's weird because when I see Galatea I think the same thing. I think maybe she's really a time traveler....

This reminds me when I was in high school I drew a Yes dragon logo (from the band) on a desk in math class (yes I know.. defacing school property :p), and the next day some girl wrote her phone number next to it and wrote "call me", and I was all excited but wondered if it was for real or a joke. So that night I got up my nerve and called and it really was a girl who liked my drawing and she wanted to get to know me so we talked and I of course fell in love with her over the phone (I know, I know... but girls never paid attention to me before) So anyway this went on for about a week with a phone call every night until one day I told her I wanted to get a tattoo of her name on my arm.... (true story) :(

We never did meet and to this day I don't have any idea what she looked like.

I made it look like it was a dragon's body
