Rev 20:19. It is the end of the earth and carnal life as we know it. Not the beginning of the last days. The last. The beginning was signalled by the renting of the veil the time of reformation had come.
No literal thousand years. Thousand represents a unknow number just as 144,000 does.That is if a person keeps an open mind knowing without parables Christ spoke not.

Six times in John 6 the Holy Spirit relates Him returning to earth in Spirit (no flesh, God is not a man as us) on the last day of this present earth and heaven the same day a judgment. There will be no reign on earth in respect to the flesh. The demonstration is over. (No literal thousand years) the promise is he would come once in the flesh not twice or three times .Again the demonstration is over.
2Co 5:16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
The following is what the scripture is referring regarding the Lord consuming with the spirit of his mouth and the brightness of his coming:
"But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed signs on his behalf, by which he deceived those who had the mark of the beast and worshiped its image. (natural man) Both of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur. " - Rev.19:20
.The above event takes place when the Lord returns to the earth to end the age and establish his millennial kingdom.

am i just supposed to trust ur word that da 1000 years is symbolic and the 144 000? u are saying there is no earthly kingdom well why does peter ask Jesus will u at this time restore the kingdom to israel before the ascension in acts1? why does old testament say wolf lays down with the lamb and people live very long lives? these u cant answer because u are teaching false.
That sure is a bunch spiritual fluff that garee posted. There is way too much in error to comment on.

I continue to say it, but by their interpretation of the seals, trumpets and bowl judgments, it is all to obvious that they have no understanding of the severity of those events of wrath to come. Some have even gotten rid of God's wrath altogether.
He will restore the kingdoms of this world on the last day when the new heavens and earth appears, knowing the old vanishes and goes up in smoke . Corruption cannot inherit the incorruptible . There wil not be a mixture of those who have received their new bodies that are niether male of female Jew nor gentile and those still living in a corrupted body that does age in a decaying proces leading toward the lifeless spiritless dust it was formed of
And yes no earthy kingdom as if we did wrestle against flesh and blood and not spirits (not seen the temporal) and principalities .We walk by faith the unseen spiritual. The kingdoms or denominations of this world are under the god of this world .Christ who is not a man as us has corrupted this world in the garden that corruption is not subject to change

That is a parable… search out the spiritual understanding. The lamb of God was slain from the foundation of the world. When our sins are forgiven we do in effect lie down with our old nature in green pastures having our sins forgiven the lies of the wolf has no effect.

The word Wolf is never used as a literal meaning, same with snake or other metpohrs used in parables by which Christ spoke not, to everyone one, hiding the spiritl meaning from the lost... who do not want to find the spiritual meaning seeing they must walk by sight, as in out of sight out of mind
Wolf comming from the family of dogs are used to represent unclean foods.
Isaiah 65:25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD.

Some think the anti christs(plural) that were there during the the first century are still waiting to be revealed? His wrath is and will be revealed every day untill he comes in Spirit on the last day .(God is not a man as us never was never could be..

Waiting for your interpretation on the word "thousand"? Not the metaphor used in a parable "flying scorpions". Remember the prescription for rightly dividing..without parables Christ hid not the spiritual understanding. We must search out the spiritual understanding by keeping our mind open to the mind of God as his way of communing (parables). Some suggest we keep it closed and walk by sight.
And you pretend the kingdom of God could be of this world destroying the faith principle
Catholic walk by sight as you must, the parables make their oral tradition to no effect just as yours.
Its what metaphors used in parables do… give the spiritual meaning hid from the lost .So yes in the same way He does. Dogs (wolves) represent the unsaved, unclean just as with a Ass to show the methodology of the serpent .

No, the phylactaries were merely the physical symbol of the Law by which the elite Jewish ruling class made their money, the real root of all evil. As I demonstrated with the four passages which the phylactaries held, the spiritual mark of God in Exodus and Deuteronomy symbolized obeying the Law and giving the first born of certain animals as a sacrifice for sin and remembering that God led them out of Egypt. These evil "religious" leaders instead carried the spiritual evil mark of the Beast which was Caesar's money visually represented by the phylactaries, their power for getting it. Instead of giving of their first born as a sacrifice, they sacrificed Jesus, the "sacrificial lamb" specifically to maintain their lawless greed for money.
The Law gave them their power to make money. They used the phylactaries (Law) as power to collect the money. Just as the Jews of old were marked in Exodus 13:15-16 and Ezekiel 9:3-6 as a symbol of their devotion to God, these elite Jewish leaders were given the mark of the Beast because of their devotion to Caesar, a devotion rooted in a desire to preserve the temple and Law so that they could make money for Caesar and themselves, a truly incestuous relationship.
Note it is the "mark" or the "name" or the "number of the name" that is needed to conduct business with the Beast (Rome). Forehead represents the mind and hand represents servitude. Therefore you are serving the Beast Rome when you take actions to benefit Rome and when your mind is engaged in this activity. Another word often used interchangeably and/or together are serving and worshiping such as found in Exo 20:5, "you shall not bow down to them nor serve them." Roman coins contained the name of the Caesar and the number of times he held a certain office. Thus you have the name and the number of his name.
Christ started preaching the Kingdom which was first introduced by John the Baptist. Christ constantly butted heads with the religious leaders over certain aspects of the Law which had gotten out of hand. Christ was trying to prepare the Jews for the passing of the Law and the coming of the Kingdom which is something their disciples also did. As I explained, all of these activities which helped pave the way for the exodus of the Law and entrance of the kingdom had to be vigorously opposed by the religious leaders to maintain their wealth and any threat had to be eliminated.
The "love of money as the root of all evil" was best illustrated by the religious leaders working in concert with Rome. It is no coincidence that the parable of the rich man and Lazarus paints the rich man as the one destined for hell, just as Jesus informed the religious leaders of their destination. The destruction of Jerusalem in 70 ended the Law and those evil men and their way of life at the end of the age. It was a hugely important event and indeed were the days of vengeance fulfilling all things.

Isn't it funny how it is always the futurist pre-tribber who puts people on ignore. I don't have anyone on ignore. You guys are so invested in your views that anything that threatens those views you can't handle or debate. It's a little reminiscent of the religious leaders of Christ's day.
There are 1.1 million Jewish souls which were starved, died of disease or by sword which burned up in Jerusalem that would testify that God's wrath indeed happened and how severe it was, the worst the planet had ever seen or will ever see again. The worst of it is, they knew it too but couldn't stop it. They knew they were living in those days long prophesied about.
LOL, man you are stubborn. How many times do I have to point out to you that they aren't flying scorpions, they are locusts that sting like scorpions. The locusts represent an invading army as shown all over the OT. Notice these locusts don't touch the grass or trees or anything green??? Hint: They aren't really locusts. They only attack the men with the mark of the beast. The reason for this is at the end, only those with the mark were left in Jerusalem to be attacked by the Romans (Locusts).
The siege lasted 5 months. People inside wanted to die but death escaped them. But hey, go ahead outside wearing your mosquito netting to keep you safe from those flying scorpions if you want.
My view actually happened and I've explained it all. Your view requires demonic creatures to crawl up from hell which look like locusts and sting like scorpions only men who have a computer chip implanted in their heads. So, these demons only attack those who are on their side. Whose view is more crazy??? Do you hear voices? Do you hide when you see black helicopters and contrails? You're looking in the wrong place garee. You should be looking at the context not the definition of the word 1000. The rest of the context and the fact that the words "a thousand years" is repeated six times would demonstrate that it is a literal thousand years. Just like the number 144,000 is the literal number of those who come out of Israel who acknowledge Jesus as their Messiah. Believe me, what you are doing is far from rightly dividing the word of God.
It makes one wonder that if God wanted you to know that the thousand years was literal, how else could he get you to understand that, since you won't believe it when he writes it? Instead you read it and you apply a spiritual meaning to it ignoring the literal sense. What would God have to do to get the literal point across, put the words "no, really, I mean a literal thousand years" after every time that it is stated?
Calm down ladies and gentlemen. Eschatology is NOT related to salvation. Salvation is all about if you are in Christ or not.
If we take a step back we can see how people can come to each view.
If you look at Jesus' words alone it is difficult not to arrive at an amillennial conclusion. It is not difficult to understand why many have a simple view of Jesus returning and people going to heaven or hell, because that is the overall scheme of things, very few Christians have studied the book of Revelation indepth, and learned all the symbols, since that is the only place where the 1000 years are mentioned in the Scriptures.
If you read the Old Testament combined with the book of Revelation it is not difficult to imagine how one can come to a conclusion of premillennialism. They see the conditions mentioned of people having long lifespans and peace on earth, they notice it cannot fit into eternity since sin and death are still present, therefore they move that to the 1000 years mentioned in Revelation 20.
So both views are within orthodoxy in my opinion. No reason to divide over it. The one thing we cannot afford to be open-minded about is soteriology.
