Good days and bad.......thankfully, these days, the good are beginning to outnumber the bad! Thank God.
My current situation is that I am pretty much as good as I am gonna get.......the Doctors have done all they can (and they did a lot), but there is no Treatment/Cure for a severe reaction to Prevnar 13.
I am learning to live with it, and taking my Meds. I hate taking them, but, without them............

What did it do to you? I work in a pharmacy and that's one of the medications that we order for th clinics in our building..

but really my hubby needs prayers..
his work environment is VERY toxic... and he hates working there, but says he doesn't have the "luxury" to find a better job now that baby is on the way. And there is no way for me to talk him out of it or to make him change his career. I've tried for the past 6 months... there's just no way to convince him otherwise. So...'until the lord leads him a different way... be praying for him... he's a very stubborn but very intelligent man. And I hate to see him be fired cause he was 4-5 mins late... due to morning traffic... that's what's got him mad, he got wrote up yesterday for being "late" to work... (stupid dragon lady!)

I am on meds for ADHD and depression.

Unless someone literally offers him $20 an hour right there on the spot.. with full benefits... he ain't gonna be looking. I've tried that too. The same goes for my car situation... he won't go to a dealership.. so I'm PATIENTLY waiting for what the lord does.. I support my husband and his decision... but it's hard to not fight back when I know he is fully capable of something better than what he deals with.
Oh man, toxic work environments are the worst. It seems like I've been hearing a lot of people say they are in one now. I say he should try get a new job. See where God will lead him. Sometimes God is waiting for us to make the first move. I know a relative who is a nurse and she said she worked in toxic environments for many years and finally she found a good working environment a few years ago and she's getting near retirement age. She says she feels like God blessed her with this newest workplace.
