The most awkward and frustrating moments is when I'm at a family gathering and my aunt/uncle would ask "so where'how's your girlfriend". I have to kindly say no I don't have one yet while me burning with rage inside after being asked the same stupid question over and over and over again. I don't have one and that won't change for the forseable future. I don't understant why that matters to people. I get their trying to be funny and charming but I'm not charmed in anyway. It's annoying
What's worse is when your family knows you are with someone and they try to hook you up with their friend or your ex....

Honestly, my grandparents would ask that question quite regularly and now that they are both gone I miss it, so don't let it irritate you :)

I was always a christain.....grew up in a christain home went to church sang in girl's choir went to youth...all of that good stuff. Long story short...i wasn't always the best christain. In 2015, my mom, and both of my siblings were in a car accident. At first I thought it wasn't that bad....but it was....I was so sad and depressed thinking that it was my fault for the car accident because of all the things I did. But that passed and I just went on with my life the same way as before.....then on christmas night in 2016, I had a car accident....I didn't get hurt just a bump on my head but my sister was bleeding like crazy....whoever thought from hitting a parked car..you could get hurt so bad. I feel into depression again because I almost in a way injured my sister....I felt so bad. I didn't get out of my room for 2 days straight, wasn't hungry at all either. After all this happened....God answered me and told me that he still loves me even though i turned away from him over and over again. That's my story of God's grace and that he still forgives and loves us each and everyday.

That was a great story and testimony that you related. Thank you for sharing this. God is indeed compassionate and merciful.

Yeah, only in the winter time.
Haha funny. It was 57 in Anchorage today.
We go home tomorrow (hopefully), Idk what the weather has been like there... most likely cooler than ANC.
I'm beginning to see the bright sides of living in coastal AK. I LOVE the interior: trees, the ability to grow a garden without the wind ripping it to shreds. BUT I found that my allergies kicked up BIG time when I came to town. So, less allergy problems at home. Course I'm still surrounded by volcanoes and it is horribly rainy and windy all the time, but at least I can breathe.

that box looks to be a shell catcher and it is emitting a bit of the gases from the fired cartridges.
