Wow -- utter silliness. There are thousands upon thousands of commercial flights every single day and NONE of the miles or flight durations on the intercontinental flights come anywhere near matching the miles there SHOULD be, if it were a flat earth.I have not seen any proof that the flight actually exists. Just because someone says it does --- well...
How long do you think it would take before there was an outcry from thousands of passengers who counted on the advertised flight duration...only to discover their 12.5 hour flight took 27 hours?
And what kind of silly theory is it...to say your "not sure" in the modern era (in the year of our Lord 2017) that there are people traveling from Sydney to Santiago?
My friend, I just had a pastor friend of mine visit me from New Zealand in December. You're going to claim he is part of the flat earth cover-up conspiracy?
During one leg, he flew directly from Sydney to Johannesburg, South Africa. He told me the flight took 12 hours. See here. Why would he lie, if the flight had taken the 22 hours it would require on a flat earth?
So there it is - proof positive that a flat earth doesn't exist.

Houston, we have a problem. You're looking at pointblank evidence. These satellites have absolutely ZERO aerodynamics, yet they're floating across the sky and coming around again every 90 minutes.

I would say you're not taking responsibility for your own illogical claims - all due respect:
If no "proof" exists for any given international flight...then NO proof exists. How could you claim to be saying anything else?
And why no comment on my pastor-friend's proof?

Also, I was talking to my New Zealand friend just a couple of days ago by phone and brought up this 'flat earth' topic...and he said any number of his friends from there have noticed in their travels to North America...that the moon's features are "upside down" compared to what they see when they are in New Zealand.
Sure enough, I went on the Internet just last night and...there it was -- more irrefutable evidence for a globe:
The way this works is that on a globe, New Zealanders are standing 'upside down' in relation to North Americans and we North Americans are standing 'upside down' in relation to New Zealanders! See the graphic below:
On an alleged "flat earth" there is no way and no how that could ever be. You would NOT see the features of the moon right side up in North America...and then upside down in New Zealand.
That could ONLY happen on a globe. Again, these are commonly observable facts...apparently noticed by HUGE numbers of ordinary people. I had never given this a second thought. But now that the subject of flat earth has come up...the evidences for a sphere are bursting at the seams.
Sure enough, I went on the Internet just last night and...there it was -- more irrefutable evidence for a globe:

Also the fact the moon is so far away from earth both parties are seeing almost the
same image.
I took a screen shot and flipped one of the moon images. It is almost the
same but a slight change of angle. You could probably calculate based on the
distance to the moon how big a difference to the horizon of the moon image
would be the effect of seeing it from the two different sides of the earth.
This would be proportionate to the triangle involved ie, Moon to either side of the earth.
It shows you do not need vast resources to demonstrate such a foundational reality
of life on earth, Amen.

No-it-is-not. The 22-hour determination is based on the jet traveling at a speed of 600 MPH. A faster jet could do it in 12 hours. It is as simple as that...

And by the way, that 22-hour estimate is me being very generous. I was being kind and drawing a simple straight line on a "flat earth" map.
But supposedly, in order to uphold this worldwide commercial airliner cover-up...these aircraft would need to fly in proper correlation to longitude and latitude lines. Which MEANS...forget 22 hours. The plane would have to fly from Sydney to Johannesburg in an absolutely monstrous, ultra-gigantic semi-circle...in order to keep up the "pretense" of flying on a globe. Therefore, the flight would have to require something like 30 hours.
So now you're breezily claiming these planes are traveling at over MACH1? And not a whisper nor a wink from a single jet pilot (private, commercial or military) worldwide?
Gary, how is it you are able to dismiss routine reports of the durations of international commercial flights...yet have somehow ascertained there are these miraculous, heretofore unknown supersonic jets?

And even a tiny event like the "9/11 inside job" (tiny compared to a worldwide "flat earth cover-up" conspiracy)...even the miniscule 9/11 event...has had hundreds and hundreds and thousands of whistleblowers. But not a single solitary whistleblower for flat earth? Among the thousands and thousands of facets that come into play with a topic like this?

All this nonsense sprang into life about 1-2 years ago. All of a sudden, YouTube was being flooded by this stuff. Most of these people were very raggedy and ungodly in their appearance and manner. The furthest thing from conservative Bible folks...who would supposedly have the leading and original interest in this "flat earth conspiracy"...to hear the conservative Christians in this misguided movement explain it. These guys have every appearance of being the legendary "lost boys" -- MK Ultra mind control victims. Isolated, orphaned, wretched victims (mostly young men) of the Illuminati and who operate as glorified 'water boys'. Tragic in the extreme.
Gary, if you're honest, you'll admit you only came up with these "ideas" one or two years ago, at the earliest.

The Amsterdam case appears to be not fraud but the result of poor vetting by the Rijksmuseum.
Spokeswoman Xandra van Gelder said the museum checked with NASA after receiving the rock in 1992 from the estate of the late Prime Minister Willem Drees. NASA told the museum, without seeing it, that it was "possible" it was a moon rock.
But it weighed a whopping 89 grams (3.1 ounces). In addition, its gold-colored cardboard plaque does not describe it as a moon rock.
The U.S. ambassador gave Drees the rock during an Oct. 9, 1969 visit by the Apollo 11 astronauts to the Netherlands. Drees's grandson, also named Willem, told the AP his grandfather had been out of office for more than a decade and was nearly deaf and blind in 1969, though his mind was still sharp.
"My guess is that he did not hear well what was said," said the grandson. "He may have formed his own idea about what it was."
The family never thought to question the story before donating the rock, to which it had not attached great importance or monetary value.
