Stop trying to manipulate people to believe what you do with your religious speech. Discuss the topic decently.
Some years ago I was in bed and just outside my window the neighbors were having an argument. He was drunk and yelling at her for having an affair. She was trying to reason with him, but he would have none of it.
I observed that "You can't reason with a drunk."
Throughout my life I have interacted with people who were mentally ill and/or delusional. Nothing anyone could say would change their mind about something once it was made up. I observed, "You can't reason with insanity."
Posters to this thread continue to ask rational questions and present conclusive proof of a spherical earth. The FENSers* WILL NEVER respond to legitimate questions or try to account for legitimate evidence.
After an honest attempt at reasoning with them, and their insistence in continuing with their delusion and deception, there is no point in further trying to reason with them.

These last two make it clear that no matter what you say or do, you can't reason with a fool. If you answer him according to his folly, you become a fool yourself.
Those who are so deluded as to hold to the FENS* are Biblical fools, IMO.

let me jump in here and make you that much more dizzy..... I am going to ask you and the other round-earthers how this happens.?
we are spinning at 1,000 MPH......we are circling the Sun at 66,000 mph.....and we are going through the Milky Way Galaxy at 44,000 mph..
Yet, our star system known as the zodiac has stayed the same over 6,000 years. Are they not millions of light years away?????????
Better yet,,,How is the NORTH STAR Polaris stay at our North Pole every night.
Oh, scientist tell us we are 14 Bil. years....... Surely they have moved since then.
We are on a Flat Earth Believe it or not........Having said that,,, it really does not matter because most of you believe in Global warming as well and will believe in the little green men that are fixing to land in Rome.
I guess common sense is in short supply these days.

Ever noticed that as long as you are not accelerating, any loose object can sit on the dashboard perfectly as-you-please and not be immediately flung into the backseat, no matter how fast you go?
And have you ever looked out of the window of a car while it went down a highway? Did you ever notice how signs and rails and trees close to the car seemed to zip by quickly, but things further away, buildings, towns, hills, mountains - these all seemed to be moving much slower, if even at all? Possibly if you paid close attention you might notice the apparent change in angle seemed directly proportional to distance?
How much do you understand about what words like inertia, parallax or field-of-view mean? Do you know very much about distance and time scales and geometry? Could you actually draw the triangles and do the math yourself to see how much stars should have shifted over a few thousand years?
Will you accept the fact of the historical record of the old Chinese and Arab and Indian, and the evidence of the ancient astronomical megalithic structures alignments?
Will you accept the evidence God Himself shows every seeing eye twice a day, at sunrise and sunset? 4 times daily what He shows you if you merely watch the moon?
Can you do the math? Show me. i will listen to it.
The physics? Can you draw the free body diagram? Show the forces all accounted for, explain them and calculate the resulting vector? i want to see.

Interesting what John Calvin had to say about Copernicus~theory of heliocentric model~ and also what other "religious" leaders back in the day.. Calvin warns against those who say “that the sun does not move and that it is the earth that moves.” He describes those who hold this view as “stark raving mad” and as “possessed” by the Devil.
As to the shape of heavenly bodies, can't say I know. Scripture has a lot to say about the earth, but doesn't compare earth to any other place, does it? How is that relevant?

How that, even though it is supposed to be looking out across the [ vast surface of the ] Earth - to the horizon, every part of the Earth is moving at the same rate - rather than - moving faster at a closer distance while slower at a farther distance?

It also never refers to the sun as a star, and actually seems to 'classify' and 'describe' them as being different things.

As far as I am concerned ( right now ), unless some people show me some evidence that they are willing to AT LEAST watch the videos posted -- I have no interest in answering any of their questions...
The videos answer a lot of questions. Why are Ball Earth folks not interested in that?

If I thought it was unnecessary I wouldn't have posted it. We dont need to tell people who don't believe what they do that they don't care about the truth, or are scared for looking different. Heck, believing in Jesus is the ultimate standout. Nor acting as if believing in a flat earth will bring you closer to God or something...and I replied to her because it's not the first but numerous of such posts.
I like coming here because the banter between two parties is interesting, especially posthumans because he uses mathematics etc and seems to have a firm understanding of it vs well..flat earth youtube videos lol
I do occasionally have questions that usually take a week to be answered if at all but I'm not very scientifically minded so I'm limited.

compare the apparent speed of the features in the bottom of the screen to those towards the top, and the edges, remembering that all these features are quite a distance from the onboard cameras taking the footage.
