You are welcome, I remember it so well in part because it was my daughter's third birthday, I had had a bit of a party for her and it was shortly after everyone had left except for my friend who was visiting from out of town... she was in the kitchen cleaning up and I had been playing my guitar in the living room, which is why my foot fell asleep: I tend to lean on the guitar too much, and it cut off the circulation to my leg... anywho, I was getting up to put the guitar down when I realized my foot was asleep, I had taken one step and saw I really only needed to take maybe two more before I could safely put the guitar away, and so chanced it, and it was that second step that did it. I wobbled, having no control of my foot because it was asleep; the bone snapped, I pitched forward toward the coffee table guitar first, and in that amount of time that I realized there was going to be an awful mess of me and guitar crashing on and into the corner of the coffee table, I decided to save the guitar (and myself) and so I flung myself backwards, haha it was a split second decision, and I landed on my back on the carpeted floor with the classical guitar held above me in the air, safe
My friend immediately came to see what had happened and of course she wanted to help me up off the floor but I was, like, no, just let me lay here for a minute 
It was a clean break and I did use crutches for a short time but there was no cast required. It may be arthritis or something like that that bothers it now, it comes and goes and wreaks havoc with my ability to make decisions about going for long walks, because I never know when it is going to act up. Thank you

Can someone please cheer me up? I'm crying right now, I miss my beautiful kitty girl. :'( I haven't really grieved for her yet. I wanted to wait 'til I found another cat so I could hold it and cry into it's fur, instead of into a pillow or stuffed animal..

I wonder if that cat wear's colored contacts?
I used to work in Optical and one time I had a man , a customer, who was really weird about proving that I wear colored contacts, I don't. He was buying glasses and I was measuring the distance between his pupils. You can see my eyes but mostly a dot when I do that. I have hazel eyes, nothing unusual about them, hazel, a little bit of blue and green some brown, I think, I don't know. Anyhow he said to me, You wear colored contacts. I said, no I don't. Yes you do. No honestly/I wear contacts but they're regular contact lenses. They have a little bit of blue called a handling tint, that's it. Again he say's, you do wear them. This went on for about 5 minutes and I said, okay you're all measured. We'll call you when they're ready.
Then he just left. It was weird and when he came back I wouldn't wait on him, he creeped me out

Thank you, Fenner and Natania..
She was with me through all my hard times, my cancer, my depression, my herniated disk last year. I was totally alone through all that, but she was here to comfort me. The upcoming holidays are gonna be hard, especially my bday, Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years. I always did a stocking for her on Christmas and would open it with her. We had staring contests, and meowing contests, and a nightly ritual of opening the lower cabinet doors so she wouldn't try to bang them open..lol.. I miss all that, but I'm hoping to get another kitty before my birthday. She looks alot like Tequila and her name is Tangerine. I've asked God to make her invisible to anyone else looking for an orange cat, because it seems that's the color of cat everyone wants. I'm hoping to go there soon and get her.
