TemporaryCircumstances, you as a young person should not have to worry about people menacing, intimidating and emotionally terrorizing you on any social medium. You don't have to defend yourself to anyone. You are underage and there should be no adult making you feel bad for being young and vulnerable. What he is doing is breaking the law. You can Google cyber bullying and find an advocate to report him to. There are international hotlines and emails in order to do so. Here's one:
