Not sure an AMERICAN passport would be your best choice......the doodoo may hit the proverbial fan here before it does there. You would be leaving one dung pile for another.

Someone here has a background in Real Estate, but I can't remember who it is.

Anyway.......I was thinking, and I guess it is just me, but, I was thinking........

IF I put a POX on someone's house, could they just move to another house and everything would be ok? Hmm......

Also, if they decided to sell that house, are they Legally required to inform the prospective buyer(s) of the POX?

How would that conversation go?

Buyer(s): We love the house! It is just perfect for us and well within our budget!

Seller(s): Great! Glad to hear that.......but, uh, er, there is one TINY, WEE thing we have to tell you. See, this crazy wee elephant put a POX on the house, BUT, HEY, EVERYTHING IS FRESHLY PAINTED!
