Darn, the Royals are losing tonight AGAIN and coverage of the Democratic National Convention is on Fox News. I might as well turn off the TV.
i always figure that the point at which i'm considering watching fox news coincides with the point at which i should turn off the TV.

My turn to speak at church next month. Time to start praying n asking God what I need to speak on.
No grey hairs yet, but my grandmother went completely white, so I probably have that to look forward to!
A while ago I read that copper supplements can possibly prevent and reverse grey hair. There are mixed reviews, but it may be worth you looking into that. Just don't overdo the copper like it's a miracle pill, lol. Anything in excess is usually bad

i assume this is because today, another whom He foreknew and predestined, will come to repentance and to believe, and put their trust in Him.
will be justified in Him, and sanctified.
so our family grows today, brothers & sisters!
the day that all those He chose to be the inheritance of the Son are all counted in Him, what will hold judgement back?
so we are another day nearer, and another soul nearer to the fullness
-- to when we will be glorified with Him!
Hot? Vacation in Cold Bay, AK. 50-60's temp overcast a little rain. In the last month, it hasn't gotten anywhere near as hot as everywhere else. Plus we got fishing and berry picking.
