God bless you blackout curtains!!
You're trying to avoid them altogether? Or rather, are trying to not be excessively crude/risque?Im writing a Rom-Com and I was wondering how to go about it. Most romance comedy is sex related I was wondering how to do it without the sex jokes. Any ideas?

I Well I'm going to do like an anime harem. If you don't know what that is its usually one guy who has mutilple girls who like him and comedy, usually sexual happens. But obviously it would be minus the sexual for the story. I always work God into my stories so Its probably going to get spiritual. Are they going to be married or a flirty couple of people?

Just like video games, a lot of people spend waaaaay too much time "grinding" (in video game terms, grinding is doing a task over and over again for profit - i.e. fight the same group of monsters repeatedly to level up before progressing to the next chapter of the story) to get more money, get stronger, get better gear... until they completely forget the storyline and start asking themselves why they are playing this game in the first place.EX: #1 Gospel for Gamers:
-Just like in games, God has given us this life with objectives to complete, spoils to be gained, rules to followed, friends and allies to meet, enemies to fight, etc...
-Just like in games, we have "dailys" in life and faith which give us valuable experience (Scripture, Prayer, Worship, Fellowship) [Work, Play, Rest, Learning, Teaching] etc etc
-Just like in games, God gives us armor and weapons with which we can fight our enemies (sin, satan, and our own flesh)
Morning is the only time to mow. I go to work six days a week at 9:30am. Before work is the best time to get some work done.
Just sharing a cool quote that really made me think.
"If I don't feel, am I really alive?" - Vincent from assassination games.
A profound quote that was in a movie I recently watched. It struck me deeply which is not often I get thoughtful about movie lines....
Sometimes I have found myself getting apathetic at situations and people. I sometimes wonder what is the point of caring with all the suffering in the world, it just seems easier to accept it as a part of life and numb/ignore it out. But this line really made me think. Am I truly living how I was designed to live by numbing out/suppressing my emotions/sympathy for others? If you do this you are not really living but being a robot. So it really motivated me to stop being apathetic sometimes and put myself in others shoes....
It seems many christians may hav unchristian attitudes when it comes to respecting the rights of others. Some tag lines make it sound like the person is proud of this character quality. Reading these messages about mowing lawns in the early morning make me wonder if the people involved even care that they are breaking the law as well as interrupting the sleep of those who are not such night owls.
" Specific and General Laws
Laws prohibiting the use of lawn mowers during certain times of the day typically fall into two categories: specific lawn mower regulations and general noise ordinances. In Los Angeles, the law prohibits operating a lawn mower in a residential area or within 500 feet of a residence between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Jurisdictions without specific lawn mower ordinances can still prohibit early morning mowing through noise ordinances based on decibels, the unit used to measure sound. The average gas-powered lawn mower emits approximately 106 decibels, which exceeds many jurisdictions’ nighttime decibel limits. Montgomery County, Maryland, limits noise between the hours of 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. in residential areas to 55 decibels. Check with your local jurisdiction to learn more about mowing restriction hours and noise limits.
Just one example.
