No, I won't be losing any sleep either.
 
Next Wednesday at 7:00 a.m. I say goodbye to my beautiful girl for the last time. I'm sooo not ready for this, but I know I'm doing the right thing. Why does doing what's right have to hurt so much? :'( :(

Well ... been on this site for about a week, pretty much non-stop. Me thinks a weekly sabbatical would be good - necessary to my well-being.

My bike was just picked up for annual service ... and on return from dealing with that I started reading some motorcycle threads ... listening to peoples comments ... and it struck me - "wow ... look how civilized they all are! How pleasant!"

It dawned on me how much that place and those folks contrasted with this site . After reading that thread there the thought of returning here actually drained me and made me feel suddenly exhausted.

(Slowly shaking my head) ... that can't be right ... we should be treating each other better here ... and discussing things with more respect. The "world" behaves better than we do here. The pagans are shining brighter ... This is sad ...

Well kudos for you for finding the pleasant thread of the BDF. We do try to love each other here and pass out cookies with free abandon.....Enjoy...and you are right that it is sad we can't seem to get along better than the outside people..... after being beaten up in the BDF I hung out with the Atheist folks for a while because they were nicer to me...a lot if not most or all of them got banded but they were a nice group and I found comfort there while trying to share Jesus with them.....they helped to build my strength up to be able to deal with the Christians again....sad but true... I miss some of the friends I made and still pray for their well being and hope they find Jesus someday and accept His sacrifice for them.

And now the cookies I promised....

Jesus knows what you are going through and is hugging you. Blond sends a hug too I understand the heart ache of putting down a sick kitty.
 
When you do stupid things, bad stuff happens. Fortunately for me tho, I could have been a doctor. :D

Phil... lol argh!

you remind me so very much of my husband. when he severed a tendon in the back of his hand, he wrapped it in paper towels and duct tape and finished the work day. :mad: hahaha

watch out for infection, will you please? :)
