Actually, grace did save Noah. Obedience to God made building the Ark possible.
Noah could have basked in God's goodness and grace and favor day and night, but if he did'nt obey God, he would have perished. God's grace saves, its not conditional but it would be natural for us to please God through obedience with thanksgiving and gratitude for His Grace.
