Good morning everyone...
please keep me in your prayers today, I got the flu shot at work yesterday... And I feel like I've actually got the flu... Achey all over.. Body hurts... Didn't sleep well last night and kept waking up cause I was either too hot or too cold. I can't afford to be sick considering we just got this house. I feel so blah and gross... But I'm gonna push through today and try to make it the whole day at work. But all I want to do is sleeeeeeeep.

I got the flu shot ONCE several years ago and I felt like I got the flu from it as well. Not a full blown case of the flu, but I felt blah and gross for sure.

I'm sorry LB that is part of the reason why I don't get a flu shot and um well the other is I don't like needles. Lol. At least we are close to the weekend so you can take care of yourself. But will definitely be praying for you, sister

will pray for you, I got flue shot twice when in military, ended up with pneumonia both times so I do not take it anymore. Pray yours is just a small cold or something
i've never gotten the flu shot.
a couple of years ago, i got the flu during days off from work due to new year's. i didn't appreciate getting sick, but at least i didn't have to miss work -_- lol

That's when I got my flu shot. While in the military. They love to give us shots!

Yes they do!!! Although after second year of getting pnuemonia, they gave me a things stating I did not have to take it anymore. or I would have had it for 15 years.. Ugh!!
that is this years reaction to the shot I believe.....you can't get the flu from the shot, it is a dead virus. The nasal spray is the live virus and can give the flu...The reaction is worse when it is rainy.....at least this is what I was told.....Praying for youGood morning everyone...

I am so thrilled right now as one of the instructors gave me a huge project for work, the only downside is I hope to get it done by the end of the day and of course coffee helps get me going
