The heat index and pollen & mold count was so high yesterday, I thought my eyeballs would pop outta my head! I had such a headache from allergies I put an icepack on my face for half the afternoon! :p Praise God the pollen/mold count is down today, although the heat index will skyrocket again.

I need some urgent prayers. I was reading a book and I got up feeling so dizzy and lightheaded that I felt as if I was going to collapse. This morning I had a migraine when I woke up so I immediately took medicine and it went away. I don't know what's going on and I haven't felt this way before so please be praying for a speedy recovery so I can do what I had planned this afternoon. Thank you so, so much

It could be that your blood iron level is low. Or you have vertigo. Or both.. You should have your iron level checked. Normal range is anywhere between 35-150. The higher the number, the more oxygen your blood has.. :)
