It's not nearly as fun watching a woman with no earrings bake cookies than a woman with earrings on. I'd just go ahead and bake my own cookies, but we all know that is an abomination unto the Lord.

Hmmm! I don´t know if God is grumpy or cheeky on this...

Exo 20:7 Do not misuse my name. I am the LORD your God, and I will punish anyone who misuses my name.

Deut 5:11

It´s sure there are human "rules" and God´s principles I need to follow up: LOVE.

VioletReigns I loved this post! I find your response to jet fighters hilarious but I love watching people in those moments when their passions or hobbies elevate them to the point they cant contain it and it makes them jump like a pogo stick. So cool that your son was able to get you on the front line so to speak. Well it just made me smile thinking about how excited you were. Thanks for sharing..

When I worked at corporate headquarters for an IT company back east, the CEO warned everyone on the first floor to watch out for me running through the corridor whenever a low-flying jet flew over our building because I might knock them down getting to the parking lot so I could get a better view. He wasn't kidding. Heehee What a nice boss he was.
So YOU are that person you´ve been telling you really are at dancing and jumping?

I thought U were lying...

Excuse me for being wrong!

And please, greet in my name that "Rolo" you´ve mentioned as your in-laws.

What if I WANT my husband to watch me baking cookies? What then, ZeroTurbulence? WHAT THEN??
Then the two of you must speak about this to your pastor, and hopefully before the cookies start to suffer. If you or your husband won't do it for yourselves... please do it for the cookies. The cookies always come first!

My younger son & I just came back from exploring the ruins of an abandoned property up the road. It was awesome looking around but on the way back home, we almost melted from the Texas heat. :p

By the way!

Do you know my friend Doug Hardman, a pastor over there.

He did a trip to Venezuela, before communism ran this land over.

I don´t remember what college he is at charge.

I still don't get the thing about cinnamon. I eat cinnamon in my oatmeal and it has no effect at all on me. When I eat cinnamon I don't drag through the rest of the day, I don't have a lot of energy the rest of the day, I don't get sneezes and sniffles... no effect.

So yeah, I don't get it.
