I always said I'd rather be a happy single than a miserable married.....

So I waited dated at the beginning for a bit.... got very disillusioned and disappointed until I literally gave up and didn't look or care.... Found out it wasn't so terrible being alone (God was with me) so I was really never alone....

Then I got a big surprise last year by God and ended up married....after I didn't care if I did or not anymore..... However, I am truly happy for the guy that is now a part of my life and it is nice to have a travel partner to finish this journey for as long as it lasts....

Be patient God knows what is best for you my friend Sky. and the rest of the ladies in waiting.....Blond might add.....

Now about that swim......Blond out.....

Now just wondering should I post a thread asking for help..... Help Blond pick a pet? Dog or cat would be male cat only but what kind? Dog could be male or female not super tiny....small to medium size?

I am thinking about getting a new animal as my year will be up this month from the cat/Baby dying last year..... So need help and posting pictures is a plus.....Suggestions please...

Should I start a thread?

I'm more of a dog person than a cat person. I haven't had a dog for many years but
the dog I had in my teens/20s was such a clever faithful friend. He followed me everywhere
and put up with all my funny ways.

He was a lassie type collie/cross golden Labrador so he was a big hairy bundle of
fun but very soft and placid.

When he got hungry he would grab his food bowl, march up to you and drop it on
your feet.

He learnt how to spell too we couldn't say the word walk as he got too excited so we had to
spell it out. Then after a while he discovered what w.a.l.k. meant!

Sometimes if he got a bit cold in winter he would crawl into bed with me
then wag his tail with a guilty look on his face! ;)

He didn't like going to the vet, he would put on his big cowardly lion
look and sulk when we took him.

Are U saying you are weak, at dating?

It seems that -taking what is near- is the best.

Only ladies "waiting"?

I remember those days of Tours but, as far as I have known CC and its ppl, I would consider more ppl in "waiting room".

I don´t know too many things.

So ppl regret several other things I cannot grasp but, that thing of matchmaking is complex and, I partialy agree with this: "I'd rather be a happy single than a miserable married..."

At least, online, I have met several souls (your minds) but "body" cannot live on bread (alone).

Time will tell!

Maybe a gerbil. Or a hedgehog. That's a gerbil with quills.

I had a tropical fish tank a few years back. One fish was a tiger Oscar it liked
watching the TV. When certain programmes came on it would wiggle around on the
gravel to make itself comfortable and stare towards the TV.

Example of a tiger Oscar, they get pretty big up to a foot in length.
I use to hand feed mine.

I love fish. I've got two goldfish now, they're over 8 years old. One of them (Bingo) seemed like he was going downhill for months now, I think the poor thing is totally blind and I actually thought he was dead a couple of weeks ago. He was lying on the gravel motionless, and I stared at him for a long time and he didn't move, so I thought I'd better take him out of the tank... and then he opened his mouth juuuuust slightly and closed it again. I thought it wouldn't be long, and he would be dead the next morning for sure, but the next day he looked the same, and the day after that he perked up! He's swimming around now like nothing happened. I'm happy but confused, lol.
