um... what's the difference?Gypsy! I think we've found our difference! Sadly, I'm aware of what I'm saying just as it's exiting my mouth in that space where you can't stop the words from coming out.
i am definitely another pollyanna-ish type (ask anyone who knows me. i am famous for saying things that are kind of vulgar, and rife with inference but go right over my head) but i tend to do the opposite. i focus in on folks who seem to sit on the fringes. you know, the ones who smile but are dying inside? or the folks who are so quiet that people forget them.
i definitely have a heart for those hurting or in pain. and yeah, those with bad attitudes. i hope this doesn't sound arrogant, but i think the best gift that God blessed me with is having a heart for the unloveliest of people. : )
now, someday when i'm in chat, ask me to tell you about the time i spoke at a conference and told all these folks how sorry i was because i spent the morning being drilled by my dentist. : )
*blushes* yeah, that's me. : )
i'm an equal opportunity imbibe-r, but i'm more in violakat and cinder's territory.
i love all manner of tea, and tisanes. however, i sort of look at cold brew coffee as a treat. or dessert. i love the smell, but nobody needs to be around me with that much caffeine in my system. i'm way too hyper as it is.
last time i drank a large, iced americano, i swear i was vibrating. it was mildly disconcerting. : )
lol...noo Turbulence...Im 42. When I joined I forgot to post my age by accident and just never fixed it lolSo you're not like.. 13??
(because I thought everyone who doesn't show their age on here is like 13)
God is good.
Suffering is worthwhile when we feel the love of God and can laugh about the real madness in our hearts.
mwaaaaaaaaaahaaaaaaaaa
Or just cry....
Whatever you want to do babe, whatever you want to do.

If the barf score is from pushing your muscles beyond their liimits, then I salute you! But if its from being sick then... not so much..
Only if you are going to guarantee me some of that delicious authentic Indian chai tea. And that you will keep all the mutant wombats locked up for the duration of my visit.
Did you mean that this workout made you vomit? I have never seen anyone do it but when I was into bodybuilding I read about guys who were trying to keep up with arnold schwarzenneger in the gym when he was still the reigning mr. olympia and these young bodybuilders actually vomited from pushing themselves so hard trying to keep up with arnold. Arnold won the olympia title 7 times, in case you didnt know. His record stood for decades..I think someone did beat it though. It was from exertion. I did some heavy weights today on the legs - front squats with a pair of 35lb dumbbells, prone leg curls (110 lb), seated leg extensions (110 lb) and 5 sets of lunges. It is not proportionate with my other workouts, but that is because my endurance is quite low. I will have to start an interval training program during the weekends. :\
I'm such a dork for moody, weird, RPG-in-TV games. I just watched the opening of Mr Robot which is a USA Network show. If you played along with Lost, you'd be into this.

roh: i actually loooove rose tea. it's one of my favorites. i recently purchased some green tea with rose petals and it's quite lovely. even better, i found it on sale and was pleased to purchase two cases for the cost of only a couple bottles. don't you love it when that happens??? : D
And all this time I thought my mother was weird. Every year she would get the rose petals from a big rose bush she had outside, steep them and make rose petal jelly. It had a nice taste but I always thought it was weird.roh: i actually loooove rose tea. it's one of my favorites. i recently purchased some green tea with rose petals and it's quite lovely. even better, i found it on sale and was pleased to purchase two cases for the cost of only a couple bottles. don't you love it when that happens??? : D

i really want to buy some hibiscus raspberry rose tea, mostly because it looks to die for, but also because it's a seasonal tea that will be eventually going away. but there are another couple rose teas i enjoy. one is a lovely chinese black tea with roses, and the other is called "gypsy rose tea". another lovely choice, by the zhena people. i'll post them here.
