seriously, sometimes i hear it, and i'm like *dies*.
sometimes it's only when i see the reaction and/or hear the laughter, i am able to realize it. either way, i embarrass myself often, but provide some comic relief for those who are in the audience. *sigh*
luckily, i'm loved by people who understand that being a dunderhead is hard work. : )

It should be a tasty pet.
It was from exertion. I did some heavy weights today on the legs - front squats with a pair of 35lb dumbbells, prone leg curls (110 lb), seated leg extensions (110 lb) and 5 sets of lunges. It is not proportionate with my other workouts, but that is because my endurance is quite low. I will have to start an interval training program during the weekends. :\
You have a deal. Actually my favourite is Iranian Tea, which is tea with rose petals. It is very tasty and it's usually served after meals.

Did you mean that this workout made you vomit? I have never seen anyone do it but when I was into bodybuilding I read about guys who were trying to keep up with arnold schwarzenneger in the gym when he was still the reigning mr. olympia and these young bodybuilders actually vomited from pushing themselves so hard trying to keep up with arnold. Arnold won the olympia title 7 times, in case you didnt know. His record stood for decades..I think someone did beat it though.
roh: i actually loooove rose tea. it's one of my favorites. i recently purchased some green tea with rose petals and it's quite lovely. even better, i found it on sale and was pleased to purchase two cases for the cost of only a couple bottles. don't you love it when that happens??? : D
i really want to buy some hibiscus raspberry rose tea, mostly because it looks to die for, but also because it's a seasonal tea that will be eventually going away. but there are another couple rose teas i enjoy. one is a lovely chinese black tea with roses, and the other is called "gypsy rose tea". another lovely choice, by the zhena people. i'll post them here.

Noooooo, this is not the complete workout. And no, it wasn't because of over-exertion. I never do legs well because I've never been good at endurance training even when I was younger. I used to run the 1,500m (1 mile) when I was in high school. I would finish the run, have some water (or energy drink) and then barf my guts out. After that I would be back to normal. My trainer in this gym says that it is because my endurance is poor, possibly due to a low lactate threshold. I will be starting interval training from this Saturday, so I hope to see some improvement in my endurance level over 3-4 weeks.
That is so cool! The first time I tried the rose tea, I loved it!

And all this time I thought my mother was weird. Every year she would get the rose petals from a big rose bush she had outside, steep them and make rose petal jelly.
