Good morning oldhermit, Ms. Jenny, and Ms. Sarah...

storms kept me up most of the night last night...

I honestly don't understand how some people can sleep right through a bad thunderstorm? I mean the crash from the thunder scares the crap outta me in my sleep! Not too mention I've always hated thunderstorms at night. I know they can't hurt you... But dang it they wake me up in the dead of sleep!!!

sigh... More coffee please.. :(

You bet. When I was younger the rougher the better. Now, in my sixties, I'm sort of partial to my comforts. I have a camper shell on my truck with a small cook stove, and grub box, comfortable bed, and a DVD player that runs off of my truck battery. When the weather is bad I just hold up inside, make a pot of coffee and put on a good movie or read a good book and listen to the rain.
 
From about 2:30 to 4 this morn it was rocking and rolling. The Lord put on one wild thunder and lightning show. Best one I've seen in 10 or 15 years.
I will be surprised if my river doesn't get out of its banks in the next few days. We've got a lot more rain coming.
My dogs didn't like it as much as I did. :D

I like the cold, but that doesn't tell me where you are located lol. Unless by law or privacy policy you can't tell me where you are.. And I understand that. :)
