Morning Melita! Lol...I haven't re capped yet. Did the early bird Sunshine's leave us alot of pages? Lol...
 
So last night I was able to get more rest. I got about eight hours of sleep. Yesterday, one of the instructors that I work with said I was peppier than I usually am and I had to explain that I only got four hours of sleep. Is anyone else that way? Or am I alone.

I should finish getting ready for work. All I have to do now is brush my teeth and get my lunch ready, which is my usual yogurt and fill up my water bottle to take with me. You can never drink to much water.

My daddy was born/raised in Bathurst New Brunswick. He was the only one out of 14 brothers and sisters who left and moved to Ontario. :) All of my relatives on my dad's side are spread all over New Brunswick! :) :)

Sometimes I can make do with 4 hours of sleep a night, sometimes I'm a wreck after 8 hours of good sleep, its all so random.

I know if I over sleep I tend to have a really bad migraine all day and nothing will help and I in turn feel useless because I am dizzy, nauseous, light sensitive, the whole nine yards.
 
Yawn....oh my! Lol...cmarieh you are perky this morning!...I can't keep up yet sister! I need more coffee cmarieh! Lol
