Ah how nice it would be to be able to actually get a full nights rest. I have felt a full nights rest only once and it feels amazing like when you wake you you feel amazing energetic you are more aware of things and honestly feel much happier

ooh I love to listen to thunder storms when I go to sleep i don't know what it is about them but it's very soothing to me the loud thunder the lightning it's just soothing to me. of course it doesn't affect how well I sleep but its a very nice way of sleeping

Ya scientists say that most of us don't even sleep fully and so that's why we don't wake up like that. I don't know how i did it that one time but I never slept so well in my life

Lol....you all would laugh but its true! Though I sleep alone,..the other side of my bed has a 4 foot stuffed tiger, my bible, my reading glasses under his paws,..my tablet,..and cell phone! Haha....I was going to occupy the other side of my bed with a mini fridge! But then I may never get up! Teehee...

last year when i was soooo sick, Mark wanted to put a mini frig in our bedroom.

his stubborn wife said, oh, no! i am leaving this room for Gatorade!! ;)

But hey do you want to know a really god way to go to sleep? when you are in bed and you and God are simply just being together whether that is praying listening to Christian music or just talking when you are going to sleep imagine you are sleeping in his big strong arms. I tel you there is no better feeling than sleeping in his arms. I may imagine sleeping in them but at the same time i have no doubt in my mind that I actually am and the warm love is overwhelming
