I haven't. I have seen it done and also have seen people put their fries in their milkshake. That is so disgusting.

I do. I give everything, and I do mean, EVERYTHING except hamburger, cheese, and lettuce to my wife. Same with Pizza, the onions, olives, peppers and any "chunky" tomatoes.... ANY kind of garden stuff like that, gets picked off, and my wife gets it. I want meat, cheese, and tomato sauce ONLY on my thick crust.

lol, that sounds like me....except my sister wants it all.....lol

I always ask for no raw onions on the burger, but I ask for onion rings. Go figure?:confused: I usually take my hamburger apart, but only when I am at home when in a restaurant I use a knife and fork. My sister is a lot like you taking everything off her pizza. Yay! I am not alone here.:)
