I would say I am at 2 on that scale. Having a flu again (I am almost always little ill) and so the skin is peeling off from my nose... Ouch ouch. And I am supposed to go to the weekly meeting of the youngsters of our church.
I made brownies with cookie crumbles and strawberries for tonight. Hope my church people like them
and that my nose wont hurt all the evening...Well how could you while hunting and doing who knows what and who knows where
LOL. Yea, its nice being retired. I do what I want when I want in between seeing after elderly parents, writing study programs for India missions, preparing for two classes a week, and various online bible studies I do every week and doing outline requests from individuals. After that its all free time.

I know you must have heard about Wright's Sandwich Shop in Tampa. Fantastic. But I just recently heard of Mike's Pies. It is a shop Gayle Sieren's (Chanel 8 news anchor) former NFL husband opened up. Ridiculously expensive pies ($25, I think), but absolutely the BEST Pecan pie I ever ate. I would expect the other kinds are equally good.

Big hint: Since I started going to a SPINAL Chiropractor, AND LAYING OFF TOO MUCH SUGAR, I am almost NEVER sick anymore.Haha, great one!

He says the Holidays are NOT the cold and flu season... they are the SUGAR season, since sugar is almost a magnet for illnesses because of the way it attacks and compromises your immune system.
