So thankyou for the congratulations, the applause, the adulation, because I pressed the post button.
I have the motor co-ordination, the cognitive function, the ability to think abstract thoughts, which in dementia disappear, so I celebrate that ability today, and your ability to read this, which my mother is slowly losing.
It is a sad end to a life, but it makes me value much much more what i take for granted every single day.......
