Howdy.

After a good weekend, a good church service yesterday morning and a good section-wide service at another church last night, I got a good night's sleep and woke up today feeling good. Good start to a birthday morning. And I mixed up a gob of peanut butter, a gob of really good caramel and a gob of homemade green apple jelly and swiped that goop on slices of whole wheat sourdough bread, one bite at a time, for breakfast.

My sister just posted a picture of her with a huge pregnant belly on Facebook... How is it that when other women are pregnant, I find them absolutely adorable... But when I'm pregnant I look like a beached whale??
On the other hand, I can't wait until I get to meet my nephew!
I wouldn't be surprised if I have hundreds of nephews on my husband's side, but this is my side. I'm getting a nephew that's actually blood-related! Weirdest feeling ever, since I grew up with that kid's mother!

I feel the same way but people said I "glowed." I just kept telling myself they misspoke. They meant to say I "growed."

Congrats on the new nephew!

I thought I had posted this, and then I went to look for it, and it wasn't in here. Then I had a mini heart attack thinking I'd posted in the wrong thread. o_O I hadn't posted it at all. Whew.

Well, the opportunity I briefly mentioned a little while ago? I decided to take it. :) I get to work from home now. It might be a little bit before I make an actual income, but I have faith that God can use this to help provide a steady income, and to bless Him and give what I earn back to Him, and to bless other people and help them as well. Very excited, and I can't wait to see where God takes me with this!

Lol. I'm going to use that, my father in law will love it.
I'm pretty excited to meet the little guy, but I prob won't get to for a little while, because I'm not sure when we'll have enough money to do so, and my own little boy is due two months after hers.

Thank you all for the many wishes of a happy birthday. I had to spend my birthday at work but it wasn't all that bad a day. Kind of slow today actually.
