I have to get this off my chest. I went to print my class syllabi for Monday and I ran out of ink. So I think no problem went to my room to put a cartridge in the printer and could not find it. So irritating and it ended up in a shopping bag that I put it in yesterday. Now I get to refresh my memory for excel for one of my classes.

Thank you. My back started hurting Saturday and the doctor said it could take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks to heal. Although I am claiming healing now in the name of Jesus

Just a muscle relaxer and I ended up having an allergic reaction to it, so I am avoiding it at all costs. I have been using Arnica Gel in the area and it has helped tremendously. One time I had a nasty bruise because I fell in a hole in the floor because I was helping my dad work on the plumbing in the house and I used the gel and it was gone within two days. I absolutely love that stuff. The only other thing he said to use was to take 2 Aleve twice a day for inflammation, it hasn't helped any.

Hello, friends! I'm getting a late start. I pulled a muscle in my side today because I overdid weight training. I hate when I do that! 
But I'm ok now, praise the Lord! I drank a ton of water, relaxed and listened to music till it subsided.

I'm actually fine now, thank you sweet friends. Although while I was listening to oldies music on YouTube this afternoon, I viewed a video of the Lemon Pipers doing their "Green Tambourine" song and thought I got transmogrified back to the 60's.... wow.... just wow.
