Did you let them know you were really sick? Possibly put you on a list for a cancelled appointment? Dear Father - please help our sister with this illness and ease the pain I pray in Jesus Name Amen.

They did tell me to call in each morning and ask if there were cancellations, but I have problems getting through.
Will try again today and if not just drop by.

The irony is I don't feel "sick" other than my head being truly annoying :p but that could be the painkillers :D
 
So it's Lunar new year eve and they keep playing that stupid happy new year song (the same one they've been playing in stores and schools since December started) every single hour over the loudspeakers in the street or something. I am soooooo sick of that song.
 
What's all this hating about doing dishes? They gotta be done and you don't want to eat from dirty plates... How long's it take, fifteen minutes?

Oh well. Maybe I just can't see it because I'm a guy.
 
dunno, do you do the dishes yourself every day?

I don't mind doing them, but I sure don't mind someone doing them for me either :p

Lord give me the strength to do the things I can, and the good sense to use paper plates and plastic forks and knives.....

Once again I wake up and there is snow on the ground... and on the trees... and on the road... learning to drive in northeast TN is making me very popular at work because I'm one of the very few who will actually show up today. Yay for overtime!

Don't sell, drinking water, short. That is probably one of the most important health activities (along with some exercise) that any of us can do. I try to keep my intake of water up to no less than a gallon and a half a day.
 
When I first enter the office, there are only three people here ─ and when I say three, I really mean two, as one of the guys is consistently and flagrantly late. My manager is one of the three, and this morning he had to leave the office briefly. The other guy is, of course, not here yet.

So I'm the only one in the building right now. I felt it appropriate to blast Unchained by Van Halen when I realized I was alone. :cool:
 
Today I will not make a declaration of what I will not do...........uh........er.............SNAP! :(
