There is a very good, short book on the book of Ruth by John Piper titled A Sweet and Bitter Providence​. It's totally worth the read!

Now we just need to decide which is the worse fate: the horror movies they drag out for friday the 13th or the pathetically unrealistic romantic comedies they roll out for Valentines day?

Fortunately for me, I know some cool gals who are coming over for an LOTR and Hobbit movie marathon instead.

HA - I only just saw this post. I got a friend request from Tintin a bit ago, stared at it in shock for a while, and sent him a "HOW ARE WE NOT FRIENDS YET??" message post-haste.

Craziness.
