If ever this thread were to go away permanently, I would feel so lost, so sad and dejected, so hurt and depressed....I'd feel as though someone had removed a part of me...my rip...my rip would be missing!

Why do you suppose this old United States of America is the ONLY country in the world in which foreigners wait patiently in line for months and years on end... willfully waiting their Visa to come set foot on this land they wish to call 'Home'? ...and there's the millions on foot coming here to stay from the back door.

The only sovereign country around the world which has a queue ticket line outside their doors is the US Embassy.

...and as if that weren't enough jubilee for foreigners, once their Visas are approved, then a peculiar phenomena happens:

Once a year throughout the US public school's auditoriums, schools have assemblies in the presence of teachers, visitors, journalists and American students in which real US Federal Judges conduct hearings granting US Citizenship to millions of foreigners of all ages, all creeds and of all walks of life...

Yeah, foreigners love it here because in drag contrast to their countries of origin we, Americans, continue to be "One Nation Under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all." ...just sayin'
