By the way, my baby girl makes a face that looks JUST. LIKE. the Stay Puft Marshmallow man when he gets that angry face...it's totally creeptastic.

Oh, and there's nothing wrong with watching Ghostbusters. Because it's awesome.

I'm inventing a new nuance of troll.

The serious-cat escalate troll.

That's where someone takes a rather benign topic or statement, and within two posts, transitions it into something over serious with just enough rage to start a flame war.

Oh My Giraffes, that would be so much fun! Everyone in my building works in Christian ministries, most of them conservative. I would love to see them all clutch their pearls in shock if the "harlot" divorcee comes to prayer meeting with those nails. =)

I should probably confess my rebellious spirit, but it's just so much fun to poke holes in legalism.

When Jesus came to this earth and died on the cross for us, His love completely covered us. Immersed us. When He rose again, He won over not just death, but everything. He completely won, and in Him, we do, too. Doesn't mean life's all peaches and cream (usually people say a bowl of cherries, but I'm not a cherry fan.), but it DOES mean whatever situation we come across, we can be MORE than conquerors.

All the accomplishments that we've made, all the good things we've done, Christ has gone higher. All the terrible things we've done, all the messes we've created, all the holes we've dug for ourselves, Christ has gone lower, so that we could be completely redeemed, that sin could be completely removed, so we could be blameless, and that He could be completely praiseworthy and be glorified.

Praise Him for all that He's done. I wish I had sooner.

Yeah, unfortunately, I think he's going a bit mad...but we're trying other options first. Like getting different dog food that's grain-free and has omegas in it, which are good for his joints. And then we got him some chewables that will help protect the cartilage, lubricate the joints, and build muscle.

Mocha's my fur baby, and it hurts to see him be this way.
