Raise your hand if you think Rachel's new avatar is extremely pretty!

:D
Thank you! I wasn't sure if it was too melancholy or different than my normal smiling ones. But I liked the contemplative look and I also stopped caring so much and just went with it. :)

I don't mind Amy Grant's voice, but I don't like her theology. It's very weird. All you have to do is listen to her song "Better than a Hallelujah." She basically makes it sound like God likes hearing our miseries over our happiness and joy (like hearing us mourning rather than laughing). I agree, life does have its trials, but God also wants us to have joy, peace, and even laughter.
I don't know much about her music because I don't like it. But that's odd.

Welp I have medial epicondylitis in my elbow. I don't know what is going to happen with work :s The work is physically demanding and there is a chance that I will be transferred to other homes. Which means different hours and being retrained. That sucks, plus I had great shifts this Christmas, making really good money. That might be out the window. Ideally, it would be best if I got that tutor job now, no lifting or physical work. But nothing on that front :(

I wonder what'll happen when your parentheses key dies... :p
That's easy, I'll use the brackets instead :D

New keyboard due in two days, I'll be tickled not having to copy and paste in letters in any more

I would like to have some brownies, but I don't want to go bake them. Too bad this didn't occur to me a few hours ago.

Man. I'm so slow at doing a mile. I did two miles tonight on the treadmill. I'm improving, bit by bit. I need to push myself more. It's weird because I'd rather exercise at night. I started at 9 PM tonight. I can't do the morning thing. I've tried. It doesn't wake me up (and I don't like getting up earlier for it) and my face resembles a tomato afterwards and takes forever to calm back down, so I'm afraid I'd go to work looking all flushed and then I'd feel...not good.

I'd much rather play racquetball or wallyball to exercise, but hey.

Are you familiar with racquetball? It's volleyball in a racquetball court/enclosed room. It's smaller than a volleyball court, but you can use the walls to hit off of. There's a special ball, it's a bit bigger and more rubbery.

I used to walk 30 minutes a day. I used to think it didn't do anything.

Then when I stopped and gained a whole bunch of weight that I still haven't worked off, I wish I'd never stopped. I wish I had a treadmill! I just have an old, squeaky Roadmaster exercise bike. And the gym is off limits for me. Ain't nobody got the money for dat. :p

Now if I can just manage to build my energy and endurance back up to 30 minutes a day after I got that foot sprain and cold.

There will be a point when exercise will give you energy. Generally that takes up to three months.

I just baked brownies! Come on over!

Seriously. They're fabulous. Help me eat them before I scarf down the whole pan.

My room is electric lime with black splatter.

Sometimes when I look at it I wonder "Wow, what kind of strange nut would do this to their bedroom?? Like seriously this is really messed up."

It seemed like SUCH a good idea at the time though....
