How are your imaginary friends, by the way? XD my imaginary friends are saying "Hi!" ;) they said we should hang out again sometime. Outside our soft padded cells, for a change :rolleyes: all this white is starting to bore them.

Sometimes people think I'm cheap because I'm a huge bargain shopper. I have to be though. We are still paying off student loans and with other bills to pay it's hard to pay full price. I'm usually the person who can tell you where you can get the best deal on vegetables and fruit though. I also buy most of my children's clothing from thrift stores and consignment shops. They out grow them quickly. I also do yard sales in the summer and will swap with friends for clothing. It works well. I bought both of my children's school clothes at a consignment shop this year for 60.00, that's for 2 kids. It worked out like 3 pairs of pants for each a few short sleeved shirts and a few long sleeve shirts. I go through see what they need and don't and don't waste the money.

Sometimes people think I like to take "cheap" shots at my fellow brothers and sisters....................... because it's so much fun!!!

I don't think that's cheap at all, Fenner. Smart stuff! Kids go through clothes like crazy. :)

I go through my closet in the Spring and Fall, to see what I need and don't. I very rarely buy anything that I can't make at least two outfits from. Would rather have quality than quantity.

I refuse to pay full price for anything. The mark up at most stores is ridiculous. T J Maxx, Gordman's, Marshall's and Tuesday Morning are my stomping grounds.

Consignment shops are great too. :) I love repurposing old furniture, etc. :) It's fun!

Some people think I'm bossy because part of my job is redirecting disabled grownups when they make bad or unhealthy decisions. I get dirty looks sometimes.

Some younger noobish gamers think I am mean because I won't always give them my hard-earned virtual stuff for free, and I politely suggest they earn it themselves.
