the fact you even have to ask this question should make you question everything you believe.

you are being intellectually dishonest, Zone; you are still begging the question - ANSWER IT!

so Jesus 3 1/2 year ministry is in the first half of the 70th week followed IMMEDIATELY by the second 3 1/2 years!?

So who was it that caused the sacrifice and the oblation to cease????

full of anti-semitism and hate for Israel.
Most of those who show undying love for the plot of land are full of anti-semitism and hate for Muslim and Arab countries around the state of Israel. Just saying.

the living God

Hebrews 9
12 Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by His own blood He entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. 13 For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh; 14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

i told you - there are MANY alternatives and considerations in that 70th week - Christ's date of birth - His baptism - His Crucifixion - His Ascension - The Apostles.

i'm not about to go into every one of those because they do not CHANGE WHO STOPPED THE SACRIFICES AND OBLATION.

what matters is that the 70th week is FINISHED, and was finished by the SACRIFICE OF CHRIST ALMIGHTY AND HIS ACCEPTANCE BY GOD.

you can insert gaps and attribut it to SATAN all you want to.
i'll have no part with you in it.

if you are willing to consider the FOLLY of your gap theory, the details of the Greatest Event in History this side of the Second Coming can be discussed. you are not willing because you believe in another gospel.

We are not just speaking of a "plot of land"...we are speaking of the land which belongs to God...not to the Jews, Muslims, Arabs or any race of people, but to God alone. We love Israel because it is God's land and He has shown His love to His people. Who are you to question God's choice?

Leviticus 25:23 The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine; for ye are strangers and sojourners with me.

Deuteronomy 7:6 For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth.
Deuteronomy 7:7 The LORD did not set his love upon you, nor choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people:
Deuteronomy 7:8 But because the LORD loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath the LORD brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.

Deuteronomy 14:2 For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.

2 Samuel 7:12 And when thy days be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, I will set up thy seed after thee, which shall proceed out of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom.
2 Samuel 7:13 He shall build an house for my name, and I will stablish the throne of his kingdom for ever.
2 Samuel 7:14 I will be his father, and he shall be my son. If he commit iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men, and with the stripes of the children of men:
2 Samuel 7:15 But my mercy shall not depart away from him, as I took it from Saul, whom I put away before thee.
2 Samuel 7:16 And thine house and thy kingdom shall be established for ever before thee: thy throne shall be established for ever.

So you can continue to accuse those who "show undying love for the plot of land" as being "full of anti-semitism and hate for Muslim and Arab countries around the state of Israel". Once again, you are clueless about what is really going on in the Middle East and have no knowledge about antisemitism.

Until recently, the Palestinian Liberation Authority and Hamas were in a state of war with one another, the PLO was the creation of Yassir Arafat and Hamas is the wholly owned creation of Iran, as is Hezbollah. They exist for no other purpose than the annihilation of Israel.

Neither “Palestinian” group has ever accepted any effort to establish a separate state for self-rule, asserting instead that Israel must be destroyed. What has Israel done? It withdrew from its occupation of southern parts of Lebanon, only to be attacked again from there in 2006. It forced Israelis to abandon their homes and businesses in Gaza, ceding the land in an effort to encourage negotiations toward a two-state solution.

This is not some "political" war. Israel, whether they are aware of it or not, has been in a "spiritual" battle since the time of Ishmael and Isaac.

have no knowledge about antisemitism.
Before I go further, do you know what semitism or a Semite is? Secondly, do you know that Aramaic and Arabic are sister languages??? While I may "have no knowledge about antisemitism," I know the definition of the word semitism and Semite itself.

Now,

Continuing the portion of Deuteronomy that you cut off

9 "Therefore know that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments;
10 and He repays those who hate Him to their face, to destroy them. He will not be slack with him who hates Him; He will repay him to his face.
11 Therefore you shall keep the commandment, the statutes, and the judgments which I command you today, to observe them.
12 "Then it shall come to pass, because you listen to these judgments, and keep and do them, that the Lord your God will keep with you the covenant and the mercy which He swore to your fathers.
That sounds pretty conditional to me.

Peculiar people? This is what God said about the peculiar people in Exodus:
Ex 19:55 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:
Wow, now let us fast forward that to what was said in the New Testament about believers:
Titus 2:13-14
3 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

1 Peter 2:6
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
Now, to you using 2 Samuel
Heb 1
1 God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets,
2 has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds;
3 who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,
4 having become so much better than the angels, as He has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
5 For to which of the angels did He ever say: "You are My Son, Today I have begotten You"? And again: "I will be to Him a Father, And He shall be to Me a Son"?
6 But when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says: "Let all the angels of God worship Him."
7 And of the angels He says: "Who makes His angels spirits And His ministers a flame of fire."
8 But to the Son He says: "Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom.
9 You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You With the oil of gladness more than Your companions."
10 And: "You, Lord, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth, And the heavens are the work of Your hands.
11 They will perish, but You remain; And they will all grow old like a garment;
12 Like a cloak You will fold them up, And they will be changed. But You are the same, And Your years will not fail."
13 But to which of the angels has He ever said: "Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your enemies Your footstool"?
14 Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation?
Now, if this is not a political situation, that mean that the State of Israel wouldn't have been created by political means, which it was. Also, how could Israel be in a spiritual battle since the time of Ishmael and Isaac when there was no Israel. Even then, if that is the case, where does that leave the Seed of Abraham?

Gal 3:16-18
16 Now to Abraham and his Seed were the promises made. He does not say, "And to seeds," as of many, but as of one, "And to your Seed," who is Christ.
17 And this I say, that the law, which was four hundred and thirty years later, cannot annul the covenant that was confirmed before by God in Christ, that it should make the promise of no effect.
18 For if the inheritance is of the law, it is no longer of promise; but God gave it to Abraham by promise.

jahsoul,

I am not going to respond to anymore of your antisemitic garbage. You are obviously anti-Israel and you will remain clueless until you do some serious Bible study without your preterist glasses. You are on ignore. I will not be reading nor responding to your posts.

The more that you mock the teachings of the Apostle Paul, then the easier it is for all to see who you really are.

2 Tim 4:2 preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching.

Three questions for those who believe this stuff. (These are the questions I have not gotten an answer to)

1. First people have been believing this for close to 150 years,if God was revealing these to so many why did they get so much wrong? Remember God can not lie,and if God revealed it,it must come true just as they say it would,no exceptions.

2. Why then if God is truly revealing this to so many why do they have to keep changing and tweeking these things? Wouldn't the Lord know for sure exactly how it is to come about and if God was revealing it why should it have to be changed to fit with "current events because it wasn't right in the first place?

3. If God is revealing that this is true why do you have so much disagreement about what is exactly to happen if the Lord is truly revealing that this is to come about? Why do you have those that claim it is the old Roman Empire revived,some claiming it will be the Muslims etc? Which ones are listening to the lying spirits because BOTH OR MORE CAN NOT BE TRUE. Only one can be the truth so which one is it?

Bump still waiting. (Though I am not sure it can be answered)

In other words, Ms. Linda has no biblical response to the scripture that I set forth. If anyone sees anything antisemitic in my posting, please point it out but as it stands, there is none. According to scripture, I treat everyone equally because God is no respecter of person. I love one that practices Judaism the same way I love one that practices Islam the same way I love Ms. Linda. I presented scripture and I was called antisemitic; where is the sense or logic in that? Ms. Linda doesn't have to reply to anything I wrote but fact remains, I was called antisemitic for no reason at all.

I don't adhere to all of these names given to types of theology. Personally, I'm not the biggest fan of theology because man has over intellectualized God's word. I really have no idea what Preterist is, I just read the word for what it says and refuse to twist into something that it isn't.

Ms. Linda presented scripture, and I presented scripture showing that it was conditional and not exclusive. God's spiritual gift to the Children of Israel is irrevocable and that leads to the mystery. If you read the word of God without any kind of shades, you could clearly read that Paul said the great mystery that was hidden from Old Testament prophets was:

Eph 3:1-6
3 For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for you Gentiles —
2 if indeed you have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which was given to me for you,
3 how that by revelation He made known to me the mystery (as I have briefly written already,
4 by which, when you read, you may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ),
5 which in other ages was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to His holy apostles and prophets:
6 that the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ through the gospel,
This speaks nothing of a church age or a separate physical covenant. In John 5, Jesus said that Scripture testify of Him. The law is fulfilled in Jesus. I'm sorry that you felt like you had to block me but I'm even more sorry that it seems like your theology is not as Christ-centric as it should be.

2 Timothy 2:23 But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes.
2 Timothy 2:24 And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient,
2 Timothy 2:25 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
2 Timothy 2:26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

The promise is the promise of the Spirit. The Gentiles are fellow heirs with those of Israel (Jews) who believe and this is the mystery of Christ revealed in the dispensation of grace that was given by revelation to the apostle Paul, which WAS NOT MADE KNOWN to the sons of men in other age (or dispensation) as it is now been revealed by the Spirit to his holy apostles and prophets. The mystery is the Jew and Gentile both having the promise of the Spirit through Christ.

You have this spiteful spirit that loves to get people's goat. I suppose you think its from God and is justified. What good purpose does it serve and what do you hope to accomplish in the will of God? Your a grown woman that sounds like a teenager who can't have their way. You have to grow up sometime and speak to others without mocking and ripping their heads off or laying some guilt trip on them. If you were my sister I would be telling you the same. When you can, put a muzzle on it.

2 Timothy 2:26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.
1 Tim 4:6 If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained. 7 But refuse profane and old wives’ fables, and exercise thyself [rather] unto godliness.
