LOL...well I certainly have some insight now into the inner workings of Miss C & her seemingly (not so hidden) addiction to ice cream. Speaking of your son..how's his "rocking" thing been...I haven't been in family forums in ages,did you ever update in there concerning him?

Heh, I forgot about that thread...I should check on it.

My kiddo still rocks. We're going to have to turn his crib into a toddler bed, before he breaks the side. Ugh...that's gonna be no fun, making sure he actually STAYS in bed.

Actually, right now, I'm not a fan of kids. 16 year olds, particularly (no offense, lil_christian! you're awesome!).
 
Ohhh,well I was just curious if any news on him,but as long as he's not rocking himself into oblivion yet...that's a good thing. And I see you are talking about the 16 yr old in the other post,uhhh yeah..I am sort of not getting involved in that one.
 
I almost forgot!!!! I had one impulse purchase yesterday @ the grocery store...I am sucker for pretty much anything Angry Birds,no idea why..maybe I find them therapeutic? lol Anyways,These were $1..and I just had to. I am behaving myself & not opening them yet. (you have no idea how hard I resisted "collecting all 6!") lolz

alright mr. tore up the sky and killed it. I solved my no bass guitar issue but finding samples of electric bass guitar notes and then I edited the lengthgs to various note lengths in wave editor and now I put them in acoustica as part of the kit and I can make my beats with bass lines. I will now start my assault on the world!

It sure is...lolI know..I'm so "old school" owning a home phone,but apparently if yer' on a cell phone & call me it will appear to you as a cell phone charge,because it's not the typical home phone,it's Straight Talk & they use Verizon. Hey,$15 a month can't beat that mah baby! lol

I'm laughing cause I went to read what you put and then on the way out from reading it. I see your comment here in the right hand panel on the front screen. "I've just been dealing with that 16 year old..." Just sitting there. Well said in the 16 year old column though.
 
I say it cause you broke it down well and put it better than I could have. I guess that doesn't make you smart to be smart in contrast to me but I think it was well said. intelligent.

Thanks. I appreciate that. I used to work with "emotionally disturbed" teenagers. I can't speak to what made her grow up, but I've heard it all. I've read it all. There isn't much of anything that shocks me anymore. Anyway, I knew how she wanted to be talked to, but I wasn't going to sacrifice the truth for her comfort.
 
I was just skimming through that thread too...I still don't fully understand what she was trying to ask...that's why I didn't bother to post any advice,because..well...you know what happens when Jim posts advice. lol
