I like to barbeque. I'm going to be making some teriyaki pineapple beef jerky though. I make the bomb teriyaki pineapple beef jerky. It cures so soft it's the bestest.

No he is a meanie. Here I was sitting starving to death and did he bother to make me fried chicken and mashed potatoes? No!!!!!
 
I am a pretty good cook,yes indeed. I suppose I should have made something of my life & gone to school for it,but it's not a passion..and really I don't like cooking that much,other than doing it for a loved one or friends. It's an entirely different beast when I cook for strangers...there's more pressure,and everything has to be perfect. If I cook for peeps I know,as long as it's tasty it's all good mah babies. I am so glad I never bought one of those food dehydrators. I would be eating beef jerky 24/7. I used to babysit for my old pastor's 2 sons sometimes & he had one of those & always had tons of teriyaki jerky around...he always said "Help yourself". BIG MISTAKE!
 
Dude, I Invested in one of those excaliber dehydrators a few years ago. It has 15 cubic feet of drying space. It's the closest thing to commercial I've every had. It's really good and I do six pounds at a time. lol.
