I guess it comes of the concept of getting nuts hit to your head, and that can make one all insane and ko-ko, and that way beleiving and acting like you are a nutty nut nuts! Totally nuts, if you'd get me, right? nuts, NuTs, NUTS!!!

Oh, and is your concept about peanuts, the same like peeing nuts?
That has to be really Gross kinds of nuts nuts!
