As Christians when dealing with these situations, and make no mistake if you are an adult living anywhere in the world you WILL come across it...you need to know what to do and what to say.
Many christian parents are dealing with their adult children 'coming out' or rather, simply confessing their sinful feelings. Do they ostracise them, shun them, or continue loving them while they are yet sinners? Do they put their own sons and daughters in jail or leave them there? Do they let them figure it out on their own? Or do they force them to pretend they dont have those thoughts and feelings? Do they pray for them?
Where is the minstry for these people that DO ask for help apart from conversion therapy, which is about as useful as getting surgery..? Does it really deal with the root cause of the problem? Nobody who is sexually attracted to someone else seems to be able to know how to control this even amongst heterosexuals, because then why all the adultery and fornication which is wrong as well. Even amongst MARRIED couples.
The other thing is to ask why are you coveting someone elses body in the first place? What exactly is the main issue here? if it wa just a case of too much or not enought testorsterone or oestrogen then eveyrone would just be taking pills to try and balance their genders right? Does anyone think about the consequnces of taking all those pills? esp things like birth control pills and HRT

I also wonder why adulterers seem to get off scot free instead of being stoned like back in the day but Jesus does say to them 'sin no more' and gave people the ability to SIN NO MORE because he paid for that with his blood. So I would say that would also apply to transgenders, though it would be harder and harder to repent the further you are into that 'lifestyle'.
Like sodom and gomorrah, it may come to the point that you simply have to flee.
as for 13 year olds, God required circumcision for all males under the OT but that was usually done 8 days after birth because if it was done any later it would have hurt...13 is the age of bar mitzvah and boys are treated as adult men after that capable of making their own decisions and having responisbilities.
Why laws in others countries make it 18 for many things doesnt make sense it just means an extended period of adolesence...though Jesus waited until 30 to begin his ministry. I am not sure what was happening with Jesus prior to that in his life on earth but there is a time for everything.
of course back then they didnt have things like IVF, testtube babies, birth control pills, vasectomies and hysterectomies
