It is in direct reference to His coming. If they are sitting pretty in Asia, far from a local destruction in Jerusalem......they are safe. No need to keep them safe from Jerusalem's destruction.
Tribulation is different than destruction. The verse speaks about testing, not destruction.

It really wouldn't matter. After so many thread and posts about the end times by other people, you're not going to change your mind if I point them out to you.

🐹
So far people have told me what they believe. They haven't, from scripture, shown error.

I realize people have been taught different things. I realize people don't easily come off what they have been taught. But I welcome you, or anyone else, to go through my response to you and show error. I care more for truth than I do for being right.

Why wasn't Jesus referring to the end of the age and not the end of the world?
Cameron, the parable of the fig tree generation, Matthew 24:32 will not pass away without seeing all the time of the end prophecies fulfilled including Jesus's return, that he had just talked about in Matthew 24:15-31.

What you and @Thunderrr-mental are doing is deflecting, rather than face what the scriptures are saying regarding the time the end, end times, prophecies.
------------------------------------------------------
The end of the age is the end of the age that Satan and his angels mystical kingdom of Babylon the great have influenced the affairs of men. We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against powers and principalities, against rulers of darkness, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Do you not agree with that statement from Ephesians 6:12?

12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

They are the ones who wish to deceive you that no temple will be built. Because when it is built, then the time of the end prophecies spring into place - which includes the destruction of their kingdom of Babylon the Great.

All believers were raptured out before 70AD?
@Cameron143 just does not fathom now horrendously twisted, wrong and unscriptural that position really is.

You do notice his posts are destitute of Scriptural references and proofs?

Sloppy ignorant opinions without boilerplate Biblical backing is worse than useless.

We should be solemnly watchful and intensely vigilant regarding these signs of the times. And sounding the warning so that others are aware of these incidents and events that are prophetic milestones.

However, @Cameron143 and the continuation theology wrecking crew will have none of that.....

I believe Jesus came in the 1st century, raptured believers and poured out His wrath through the Roman army on unbelieving Jerusalem.
This would be at or before 70AD.

This was 90AD or so.

Rev 22~~
20He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming quickly.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.

21The grace of the Lord Jesus be with [k]all. Amen.

Scripture shows the error.

There is one truth, ONE TRUTH.,
The devil can invent many false theories and create much confusion.

The Bible is the only sure thing.

Isa 8:20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

History tells us that false doctrines were purposely invented to take people away from the truth.

Futurism and preterism were 2 false doctrines invented by Jesuits because the Protestants had the truth.
But today 90 percent of the protestant churches follow these futurism or preterism errors.

The teaching that the millennium is going to be on Earth is false. Any second chance doctrine is false, Rev 21 states that the heavenly Jerusalem desends to earth from heaven after the millenium is over.
This world will be cleansed by fire and made new after the millenium.

I give my information freely. I'm post trib, a hard boiled egg. I do have something in common with @cv5 in the belief I feel the Jews are allowed to live under a separate covenant and will face a greater tribulation to come as will the whole world, and Luke warm Christians Muslims Arabs the whole world

The tribulations will get greater because population will grow.

But the tribulations remain the same for everyone now and later.

People are going to go through great tribulation either now or sooner.

For every individual will face a pouring out of God's spirit when they approach the end of there innings.

But I believe during that period of greater tribulation to come like earth quakes when the mountains split open and sing.

Christians will receive blessing and will witness it and join the millennium kingdom to watch a great salvation take place and to aid in the conquest. Thats my hope and belief.

I dont see the rapture happening for people alive until the beasts are gone.

I do see a crystal sea set aside for the dying and the dead who will be raptured in a blink of eye.

I see that crystal sea now where people are already raptured.

I see it as the see of tranquility waiting to rise out of the place it's kept where the blessed are sleeping, I see it turning into a celestial kingdom that is just like a beautiful blue sapphire that rises above the world as it's transformed. Rising like a Jewel.

During the greater tribulation i see the blessed who are killed joing them day by day as they are killed in battle.

But I see all Christians going through tribulation receiving blessings and fighting for the lost. I see all Christians making it through and joing the millennium kingdom.

But what else do I see.

I see that we are part of the great tribulation now. And have been since the death of Jesus.

I see.many have been raptured already like @Cameron143 does.

What's wrong with that.

I see the anti Christ has already been revealed.

I.dont see God allowing animal sacrifice again.

I see a temple In people being built

I see the temple, that is being defiled now as the temple of jesus Christ In many Christians as the antiChrists accuses them day and night I see Christians suffering for each other all over the world but I also see there resolve in standing firm against the enemy.

I see the enemy know the enemy.

I also see the spirit and know the spirit.

And I love the father the son and the spirit 😂

I'm not deflecting. Jesus clearly told us the generation He was speaking about. The Jews in the 1st century had the kingdom removed from it. Their house was left desolate...Matthew 23.
In Matthew 24 you stopped too soon. Verses 33 and 34 explain...it is near, even at the doors...and...THIS generation shall not pass...That's 1st century being described.

Incidentally, this is what the book of Revelation is concerning. As the old covenant is quickly coming to an end, the book of Revelation gives a description of the King, a historical prologue, looks at the stipulations of the old covenant, sees Israel's failure and consequent sanctions, and shows how the succession will follow under the new covenant. It is not dealing with the eternal state until nearly the end.

That's one view. Another is 65-66 AD. Which makes sense because alot happened quickly after that. What happened quickly in 90 AD?

You ain't seen nothing yet little buddy.

All hell's gonna break loose. And your preposterous theory that things are getting better and better and better since 70AD is going to be incinerated by nuclear fire, blasted to smithereens by meteorites, shaked and baked by massive earthquakes and blazing heat, and pummeled to oblivion by 70 pound hailstones.

So good luck buddy you're going to need it.

Don't worry about me. I'm always fine.
I just wonder how much the anti Christ is decorating our truth in all this.

I can see great wisdom being revealed from all posters over the last ten pages or so But then where in disagreement about other stuff.

There is a lot of truth in what you've said about things to.

There something working against us.

I'm sure it's the antichrist what else can be, with all the good insight being revealed.

My guess is he doesn't want to be revealed and have us going at each other.

But to be honest what difference does it make with our differences the end result is still the same.
