Nope you won't go to hell.

Truth is Jimbo I think when we stand before God he will lay bare everything we have done and said as beleivers.
We will not be in a position to boast.

Yes we we have the sheep and the goats that Jesus talked about but in a sense they were pleading after they were cast aside.

They say but we did this and we did that.

Jesus will see right through that. Yes you did works but you do not know me, your works were to impress me and not done out of love for me or others. You see it's all about you and nothing to do with me>

Now for those of have placed their faith in Jesus for the forgivenss of unbelief in him, whom then are sealed with the Holy Spirit who works to conform us to the image of Christ.

When everything is laid bare before Jesus on judgement day the only thing we can boast in is our faith in Jesus.
for most part billy jesus is the works in you but for some part billy the works must also come from you...

that is why so many men from the old t walked rightously..

It's your belief that any particular view is heretical.

What if YOU are expousing the heretical view?

Who is to decide if we can both use scripture?
yup hes always backing his beliefs up with one sentence scriptures,, its caled hiding behind the word... and not being a doer of the word..

Now he may a good guy and a good dad.. but lacks something and im nort sure what it is but maybe hes just badly indoctrinated from his godfather et... I dunno but he does seem silly at times which suggests he could be easily led to sometimes...

Anyways when all is said and done and he has the last word i hardly think he will be to concerned about me bragging how good my football team is

Jimbo I can't disagree with that.
We have been called to be Holy, we have been set apart to do good works. Those works are to glorify God so that people see God in us.

John 13:31-35
The New Commandment
So, when he had gone out, Jesus said, “Now the Son of Man is glorified, and God is glorified in Him. If God is glorified in Him, God will also glorify Him in Himself, and glorify Him immediately. Little children, I shall be with you a little while longer. You will seek Me; and as I said to the Jews, ‘Where I am going, you cannot come,’ so now I say to you. A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Now interestingly let's consider

John 13:36-38
Jesus Predicts Peter's Denial
Simon Peter said to Him, “Lord, where are You going?”
Jesus answered him, “Where I am going you cannot follow Me now, but you shall follow Me afterward.”
Peter said to Him, “Lord, why can I not follow You now? I will lay down my life for Your sake.”
Jesus answered him, “Will you lay down your life for My sake? Most assuredly, I say to you, the rooster shall not crow till you have denied Me three times.

Did Peter love Jesus like Jesus loved him when push came to shove?

NO

but did Jesus say "Sorry pal you got it wrong wrong?

NO he restores him

John 21:15-19
Jesus Restores Peter
So when they had eaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these?”
He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.”
He said to him, “Feed My lambs.”
He said to him again a second time, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?”
He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.”
He said to him, “Tend My sheep.”
He said to him the third time, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?” Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, “Do you love Me?”
And he said to Him, “Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You.”
Jesus said to him, “Feed My sheep. Most assuredly, I say to you, when you were younger, you girded yourself and walked where you wished; but when you are old, you will stretch out your hands, and another will gird you and carry you where you do not wish.” This He spoke, signifying by what death he would glorify God. And when He had spoken this, He said to him, “Follow Me.”

When Jesus says love he uses Agape but Peter responds with Phileo ( a friendship type of love)

But hey given all that Jesus used him

Fran that is the unknown delema that is a curse upon the disobedient children, in that deceivers themselves don't know they are deceived...However, Jesus gave the solution to the matter in the parable of the sower in Matthew 13:10-15. This is why he spoke to them in parables. He also said in Mark, that if one doesn't know the parable of the sower, how are they to know the other parables...Example they know not the parable of the prodigal son because they never came to grips with the parable of the sower, thus the grounds of the heart were never broken up in repentance in order to receive the engrafted word that is able to save the soul. Therefore the heart remains unplyable and cannot receive anything from the Spirit of truth.. But to those that make ready and brake up the grounds of the heart in repentance, He said; blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear. The rebellious flesh cannot hear nor contemplate such spiritual matters, therefore Jesus spoke to them in parables in hopes of stirring up their fogged minds, in that they may earnestly seek with diligence the truth hence forth brake up the fallow grounds of the heart in repentance, and then hunger and thirst for righteousness so that they might be filled...

Jesus was telling them that he had to go away but you can't follow me now, but afterward you can.
If you look at Peters response he didn't get it. At that point he had no idea that Jesus must be crucified to go away, back to the Father, Peter couldn't go back to the Father yet but at some point he will, that would be when he died having been crucified for his faith in Christ.

Whilst we are on this earth Jesus is with us in this earth but we have been lifted up into a heavenly place

Ephesians 2:6
and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,
