Yes, and many will be deceived and not recognize them. Pray for discernment, and God will provide it.

Truth is stranger than fiction, (This truly applies to the bible, the word of God), except when one becomes a child of God, then truth becomes a reality. Not by any works of our mental or physical faculties but according to his grace toward us.
God's ways are past finding out, but he makes them accessible to us over time as we endure to the end.
Christian debates concerning doctrine etc are ungodly and if God has blinded another's eyes, who are you to say that you are greater than God and can open that other person's eyes.
The greatest truths in the bible are the extremely simple ones. For example Jesus said to turn the other cheek if someone slaps you on one cheek. I am willing to bet that most in this forum cannot do that. And if you cannot, then you are not a Christian or a child of God.
Jesus was slapped twice just before his crucifixion and he never retorted in kind.

It is easy to discern some. Copy their texts & search on the internet. I checked out a local church & found out the mother church was preaching the exact same thing.
Many copy & preach the internet sermons now.
No wonder they preach falsehoods, they don't pray & seek the Lord like the good ones do.
Seems today every church that has a pastor that retires a false prophet/teacher replaces him.

As to the op, no one is immune. Take care you do not make false statements about others. You may call yourself a watchman, but God has not instructed you to identify others here with satan.
I'm not sure some of you understand how serious it is to attack another believer in that way.

considering that on the other thread you would have had to read many posts before and after before you chose the one to make attention to. plus, you would have known it was clarified. what else would someone be to bring up something that has been clarified and then present it like it was a wrong doing?

The bible has more stumbling blocks than any false prophets in the world today.
Jude makes it clear that false prophets were ordained from the very beginning and are a part of God's plan to test believers.
Therefore both Peter and Jude warns us not to accuse anyone, even including Satan, for anything whatsoever, for it is God ultimately, who is sovereign who ordains and brings everything to past.
For example, can we accuse God for bringing life-threatening tribulation upon Job.
Be very, very careful about getting off topic when dealing with the ways of God. Jesus told Peter in John 21, to mind his own business and not to worry about what the Apostle John's business was, but that Peter was only to look at him (Jesus) and follow him.
The simple truth is that everything that happens in this world is ordained by God and we cannot second-guess the ways of God. We cannot accuse Joseph's brethren of throwing him in a pit and selling him. God was instrumental in that happening, even though the brothers did it for evil, God did it for good.
Not a single grey hair falls off your head or not a bird falls out of the sky without God's permission. Most people cannot believe those things because they lack faith. Their faith is based on human reasoning and thus they will soon fall away when things do not make any sense to them.
Arguments and debates are an abomination to God. It is either God's way or the highway. We are living in the days of Noah where every imagination of man's mind is evil continually (Genesis 6). Truly in today's world, very few will be left standing upon God's visitation.

Most people today are spiritual cripples and cannot help themselves. This a natural ocurrence of the state of the world we live in. We have been fed Satan's food from the day of our birth and thus are plump and fat for Satan's harvesting. This is a fact.
The bible says that all upon the face of the earth will worship Satan except for those whose names are written in the book of life. (Rev 13:8) - This actually happened in the 1st century and we are the left-overs of the saints from the 1st Century. We actually are called the "dead".
Yes, we are in Noah's day's where very few will be saved in the end. This is the second resurrection mentioned in Revelation 20.
Gen 6:5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
Therefore back to your question - how to help others.
The Angel who took Lot out of the city told him not to look back. (That was an actual physical deliverance by God, but today Christ will come as a thief in the night, only those who are waiting for him will see him. All others will eventually be surprised when judgment is passed down on them.)
The most relevant question today is what is salvation.? As I said before we have been fed lies for 2000 years. Any one who is sincere about the truth will revisit the bible and as Jacob did - hold on to God's messenger all night until he was blessed. Jacob actually came out somewhat crippled because he was not about to lose. You have to want it that badly. Jesus said it is like a treasure that you when you find it you dig a hole and hide it. (It is so precious)
I cannot teach the truths of the bible. The bible does that perfectly. I can only encourage those who are seeking to close their ears to the noise around them and read the bible for themselves. Forget all the traditions and man-made truths that you have been taught, and approach the bible in all humility, in spirit and in truth.

The bible is not the most complex book in the world, which even Albert Einstein could not comprehend or appreciate. It is a book that is beyond the understanding of the natural man.
If you brought a Chinese or Russian book to me, they would be beyond my understanding.

When God told Moses to put a serpent on a pole and anyone that looked at it would live. That is a stumbling block that the evil hearts of the Israelites could not understand. Thus they we drawn into believing a lie. Yes they would live physically but they would die spiritually.

That is a possibility in any church. There can be (and are) false messiahs, apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers all over the world right nw. All the more reason to know Gospel truth and Bible truth, and discern truth from error. All the cults originated with either false prophets or false teachers. There are false teachers on every Christian forum, since there is constant spiritual warfare.
The problem is that lies seems to be more attractive than the truth (harking back to Genesis 3). And today -- in the broader political, social, economic, and educational realms -- lies are prevailing over truth. Why? Because men love darkness rather than light, because their deeds are evil. Christendom is moving further and further into apostasy, and nations are moving further and further in tyranny. This has all been prophesied, and the end-game is the reign of the Antichrist for 3 1/2 years.
But that is not the end of the story. The Antichrist (the Beast), the False Prophet who accompanies him, and Satan himself will all be cast into the Lake of Fire. Then God will establish a New Heavens and a New Earth (wherein dwelleth righteousness). That is also the end result shown in Daniel's prophecy of 70 weeks.
